Maria was great! I brought in a stack of checks "it was a long process!" but she was very nice and welcoming the whole time! I've never had a bad experience here and they are always soo nice and helpful!

The lovely lady that helped me with a payday loan was very friendly and patient. My debit card would not work in there machine due to it being bent and she helped me until it worked. I had a very positive experience with this place

I usually get good customer service 😕 but today omg 🤦🏽‍♀️..….In the guy’s defense he was the only one working 😮‍💨 but you still have to respect people, especially elders and he could have told me over the phone to bring a paper pay stub and save me the drive and hassle because I asked for the email, like I have done before. Anyways he did say his boss was gone but yeeaaah probably wouldn’t leave him alone again lol 😂 ended up going to the other location where the lady was by herself too but both polite and PATIENT 👏 turned out I had a 88 cent balance 🤨 even though I called them after I paid it off online and gave them the reference # she even thought that was strange…..so she had to deny me, then have me do the application over, but didn’t mind, did it with a smile 🙂

Tigard Ace Cash Express has to be my favorite, it’s a little farther from my home then the cCedar Hills store, but I like going in there. Always have very nice people there. The last couple of times I went in I was helped by Krista. She is professional and personable with great conversation. She friendly and always smiling. Thank you Krista for your great customer service.

I was in Visiting one of two of my Regular Ace Cash Express offices and I have to just say how very appreciative and Grateful I was for the Lovely Lady who was working with me today her name was Lacy @ Tigard store! Her time and Help was really AWESOME 👌 👏. I was honestly relieved to see someone who I've never had the pleasure of working with before and because of past experiences i like I said was a bit lery to come in today. The wilsonville store approved my loan but this store declined it lmao. Ok so approval is definitely not based on anything substantial. Honestly I just was coming here because it was more convenient. What a joke

I've been with your company over 7 years, for the same prepaid card to pay one bill every month. I would like someone to explain lower-cost options for this. Sometimes the store gets very busy, and sometimes the transactions for each person as long. But the staff at this location are amazing upbeat and always happy.
