Never in all my years of borrowing money or dealing with a financial institution, have I dealt with a more caring, kind and friendly personnel. The company is a good company, but the employees, April and Laura, are the heart and the backbone of this company. They make you feel appreciated and are willing to work with you, especially when you go to a place like this, let’s be honest, it’s usually not in the best of circumstances. People typically don’t enjoy borrowing money. Whether it’s a nuisance or embarrassing, whatever the case may be that brought you to their doors, these two ladies make your visit comfortable and pain free as possible. They treat you like a human, an actual person, like they know you, instead of like a number. Too many places these days have no personal touch. You are a number to them. You are a form of revenue to them. But not here. Sure they will gladly take your money, but they do it with a smile. A sort of genuine kindness that makes this whole process effortless and you can leave their establishment with some form of dignity. Plus, they make it so you want to come back. If you are ever in a position to make it through to your next payday, cash a check, purchase a money order or one of the other many services they provide, you will be happy that you went to this location and company, and read this awesome review!!! Update- 01/07/2022: This place is great if you need cash and they treat you like a human. They make the process so easy and are extremely friendly. I love the smiles when I walk in. Especially April!!! She is the best. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a payday loan, check cashing needs or even a money order. You will not be disappointed. 😀

April is so friendly and a kind person. Not just to me, but the with all her customers. Waiting in a quick line, I saw how she interacted with others, we’re all treated kindly. She’s professional, takes the time to explain important details of the loan that I wouldn’t have thought to ask!! The office looks great, welcoming rather. It’s clean. (important to others). I thought she was so kind and down to earth, she’s the kind of people that make you wish you were family. Job Well Done! I’d give 10 stars if I could! And have her over for Thanksgiving! .
