    I am new to the area and recently received a personal check from my family. Thankfully ACE was just about the only business to help cash a personal check because my bank PNC was not located in the Richmond area . Cherise at store #992 was very pleasant and helpful. She explained all of the services ACE had to offer. I also saw that she was the only employee working at the time, however she took the time to greet each customer behind me and letting them know she will help them ASAP.     cherise is so lovely!! she makes great conversation and i never feel awkward just standing around waiting for my check. she always makes sure i have my bills broken down exactly the way i want them and is super polite no matter what time of day i come in! juanita is also amazing, i highly recommend (and the fees arent bad at all haha)
