Jacqui from ACE Cash in Knollwood Mall Thank you. Everyone must read this !!! I have an Emergency and had to cash my check. It was Saturday at 4:22pm I searched in google and find this location. I called the store number and Jacqui picked the call. I asked Jacqui questions since it is my first time cashing check. Jacquie was very nice answered all my questions and gave me directions to the store. I felt how Professional Jacqui was while responding to my questions. When I went to the store, Jacqui was so caring and nice. Ace cash is so lucky to have employee like Jacqui. Jacqui knows the mean of customer Service. I was extremely Happy 😃 about the service she provided me. Jacqui you are so AMAZING 🥰🥰 surely I will always come to your store. God bless you

Jacqui, is hands on with all customers. Always smiling even though there is a lobby full of people. Jacqui knows all her regulars by first name basis. Welcomes everyone in with positive energy fast as your in. She's going to do her best to get you right back out.

When I walk 🚶‍♂️ in it is if I am greeted by a ray of sunshine every time I see Jacqui's face. She is professional, yet personable. She helps me take care of my business in a timely manner and I am not held up from getting to the rest of my day.

Ive done all of my finances and banking with Ace for 6 years or so and i have yet to have a bad experience. Whenever I have to come in for any issues I always come to this location. If you go make sure you work with Jacqui! For the whole time I've been banking with Ace she's been amazing. She knows how to do her job and do it well and she will make sure that any issues you have will be taken care of. It's always a joy to see her when I stop by. Highly recommend if you're tired of the mainstream banks.

I literally just left here and I've never experienced service like this in my life. First the way she asked me how old I was instead of politely asking for my ID. I had my 10 year old daughter with me then she ask was the check for her. Then she assumed the check I was cashing was from my employer ask she processeds to ask me if I still work there. Then she had to call and verify my check like I was lying even if it was protocol it's a right way and a wrong way to do things. A $517 check then gone tell me 35 dollars to cash smh you that's something she should've mentioned before hand. If my daughter didn't want ice cream I would've went else where. Ana was it ? I believe I was racially profiled. Never again 🤬🤬🤬
