Steer clear of this location there's one person working inside the house right they have the air turned off in the lobby so which so it's really hot they don't move in any kind of reasonable pace And I wouldn't go in there cause you'll be waiting for 30 to 50 minutes and a hot Box They should be ashamed of themselves for even being open And I have some type of maintenance coming to check the AC out but what I really think is They have it turned off to deter customers

Even with the sun beaming in her face. Miss Lakesha was an extremely helpful and professional employee at ACE Cash Express at the Benton Rd/ Texas St. Location. She was friendly, respectful, and operated with the highest level of professionalism I’ve seen in quite a while. Not only was she juggling multiple clients, she did so with a level of humility and kindness rarely expressed by others within the financial loan/check cashing industry. Knowing how miss Lakesha handled the hardships of each client with such ease. Basically insured that if I ever needed those types of services again. ACE Cash Express will be my go to local store in the future. Out of all my dealings in the past with these types of financial institutions. Not one person has ever been so polite to me. Nor has anyone ever tried as hard as Miss Lakesha did. She could have said she can’t do it and sent me on to be someone else’s problem. But she didn’t. She rolled her sleeves up and solved the problem. The lady deserves a pay increase at least. And potentially a promotion.
