I visit Ace Check Cashing at least once a month to pay bills, and Ms. Patricia is AWESOME!!! It only takes her about a minute to process my payment. She is usually working alone and the line is out the door, but she keeps her composure and handles each customer in a timely manner and she's very polite!!! I don't know how she has the patience to endure the craziness that she encounters. She explains everything very detailed when dealing with new customer's. She really needs some help in there!

Went into the Lumberton, NC location to cash a check. The lady in front of me in line was very rude to the woman working, but with all that Meghan, the ace employee was awesome. She was very upbeat and I left with a smile. Meghan rocks!!!

My first time coming to this place and I was there for what seemed like probably 45 min to an hour trying to get money orders cashed. The lady Patricia told me I had to have the envelope they were sent in. I got there and I had to take numerous photos as if I was in a photo shoot. She called the person that sent me the money orders, which I never seen anybody do before. Then come to find out, I needed my social security card. I never needed my social security card to cash anything before. I didn't have it so I had to log into my ssa account and they only showed my last 4 of my social. She was only going to cash one then I would have to bring the others back tuesday along w ss card. I guess the folks she got on the phone w said that it was ok to cash them. Before doing so I had to sign the back of it again under my original signature which again, I never heard of that or never had to do so. She said she had to see me sign it. The overall experience was weird to me.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD! WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD CASH MY CHECK THEY PULLED THRU! JUST SHOW UP WITH NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND LEAVE WITH YOUR CASH! THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. PATRICIA!!
