    One of ur reps Shakia in particular is always very professional & goes above & beyond what the job requires ..I can a recall one evening in particular I needed to upload funds onto my MetaBank card but your computers were down or something therefore she informed me that I couldn’t make the transaction at that time ..the problem was that I had a starving child at home & that was the fastest way to feed her dinner ..when Shakia realized the severity of the situation she all but demanded that I do not leave the Ace establishment until the transaction was completed..thanks to her a hungry child was fed ..that was top customer service 👍🏾 God bless her ..
