ACE Cash Express Nw Sheridan Rd, Lawton

Took a check there that for some weird reason Walmart wouldn't cash. Even tho I cashed checks there before. But the lady at Ace was so nice and helpful! She was friendly and informative! It was so nice to meet someone in customer service who's actually doing it right!

Store was very busy, however Nina was running all three windows and helping people as fast as she could. Definitely recommend coming here just for her excellent customer service.

NeNe was more than helpful in trying to get my check cashed for me most people now a days don’t put the effort into getting things done if it involves a little bit of work but she called multiple people and waited however long she needed to to get my check cashed for me I appreciated her effort patience an kindness she is awesome 👏🏽 Thanks again nene

I came into the store about 10-15 minutes before closing time and still, Ms. Robin supplied me with top tier customer service from start to finish. She was so knowledgeable and made sure to fulfill my money needs in every way possible.

Very disappointed, I went here to cash a check that was sent to me from my prior landlord, as it was my refund of the balance I had on my account paid up rent and my security deposit . Right away the girl looks at the check and says it’s fraud, I say excuse me but no it’s not, after calling the number on the check and verifying it was a legitimate check, she apologized, but I was told the owner still didn’t feel comfortable cashing the check, and she said I hope you understand. No ma’am I don’t, not only did you take one look at the check and accuse me of fraud, but then after I wait for you guys to do all your verification on the check the owner has you to text her a picture of my check to which she then stated no I don’t feel comfortable cashing it. Very very bad Customer Service, and I have contacted BBB and filed a complaint!

Although I was not approved for a loan, I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with NeNe, the company representative who helped with with the loan process. She was both professional, business oriented, yet friendly and relatable. I felt comfortable and will let others know about the company and it’s services.
