    Todays visit to Ace Cash Express was the best check cashing experience I have ever had! The wonderful woman Angel behind the counter was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I have never been to a check cashing where the employees did not rush you along, she was the complete opposite! I highly recommend checking this place out.

    So after driving to the DC location on Kennedy and 5th and swiping my card a million times with no explanation as to why my card wasn't working, I drove to store #664 in Gaithersburg, Angel took the time to diagnose the issue which was my card expired for non use. Angel got me a temporary card, tried my Cash App card, which was also expired and did so with the service worthy of the five stars given. I also appreciate the way she managed the customer waiting and he and I chatted until I was all set. This is what customer service looks like! Thanks Angel for being knowledgeable, professional, and polite.

    I went to cash my check today at this Ace location & had a wonderful experience! The lady Nechelle was very nice, professional, and overall just a sweet heart. I must say before Nechelle started working here I would never go to this location because of staff & their nasty attitude, 10 outta 10 must go to this place AGAIN !

    I had not visited Ace for sometime, I use to use Ace when my kids were young but the staff was unfriendly. However today I had to cash a check last minute and a lady named Nechelle was such a blessing, she took the time to explain the check cashing process and she was also extremely helpful. I’m happy to see that Ace has hired knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service. Nechelle provided me with an Awesome experience!!🌻
