    Patient & respectful . Velma ! I had been too 4 other check cashing places before this one and kept getting my checks rejected due too a small rip at the bottom . But she took care of me ! And I got it cashed within minutes !

    My go to place. Everybody who doesn’t use this service thinks the interest rates are too high. What they don’t realize is one bounced check or other insufficient funds will cost $35 or more even if it’s a $1 charge. This is a lifesaver! Kudos to the always kind staff at this location. Faith is my go to gal!

    When i walked in to the store I was kindly greeted. There was a little wait but I was periodically acknowledged that they were working to get everyone helped. Once I came to the counter I was greeted by Nancy. She was very kind and polite, as walking me threw the process she explained to me what everything meant and what I could expect. She was very kind, funny, outgoing and professional, she made me feel I can trust her and ACE with my money which is important.

    So happy someone told me about this place!Faith was amazing!! She so helpful and easy to work with. She explained everything on how cashing my federal refund check and made the process very simple. There was a slight snag with lagging computer, total okay with, and she was so patient with that thrown at her. She explained the MetaBank card very well and definitely sold me on it when she said that she has it and loves it. I recently moved to Salem and was having some difficulty opening a checking account so this saved me! It'll get me through until I can set up an account. I'll be coming back for sure!

    I hadn't cashed a check for several years at this store but they able to find and update my info. They were very helpful and cashed my paycheck that Walmart, Fred Meyers, and Winco were unable to cash.

    I had a situation with the Ace store I usually use, after a call to corporate I was waiting to hear back, I needed to use Ace again and took a chance and went to Ace on Lancaster...What a great decision. Assoc Jacob took care of my needs and was the most pleasant associate to work with. The manager Kevin was their assisting Jacob and said hello to me, I commented to Kevin about the issue I was having and he stepped up and handled the whole matter for me with just a call to corporate and got me a bonus discount on the services he did for me. Both Jacob and Kevin made my day and solved an issue that was causing me alot of stress. Customer service at it's best....Thank you Jacob and Kevin.
