Quick and convenient place to handle transactions, VERY SPECIAL S/O to Ms.Talyah even under pressure she works calmly, rationally and efficiently. Today coming in, she had a lot of guests in need and she kept both lanes open just to ensure everyone was being seen in a timely manner. What a way to see excellent customer service be utilized by this intelligent young lady! Thanks to her the wait wasn’t bad and she was so patient and full of great energy!! What a graceful spirit to ever fill the place. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of financial services! Thanks again Talyah your the best girl!!

Ms. Martha is very professional and works efficiently to ensure everyone is serviced the proper way.. very clean atmosphere and very welcoming.. she controlled the desk by herself and ran it with such ease!!! This lady is the real deal. She also greeted everyone that walked thru the door and was patient even when clients weren’t educated on all of their requests..

First things first, Ms. Martha was outstanding! Unfortunately, she was probably the only good thing about this place. What irritated me about this place was the constant (and I do mean CONSTANT) barrage of phone calls telling me when I was "due in the office". I feel like it was unnecessary and over the top. I previously used the Newport News location, and they did not blow up my phone AT ALL. If someone is late on a payment, THEN call them. Even if they feel that it IS necessary to contact a customer, a simple text or email would suffice (not to mention be a LOT less aggravating). After I made my first payment, I was called saying that I was due in the office. Then not too long afterwards they realized their mistake and called me back to apologize, saying that they did not realize that I had already made a payment. I understand we are human and make mistakes, but it did not make my experience any less aggravating. At the end of the day they did help me with what I needed help with, so I gave three stars. I have no problem with the company; only this location. In the future (and if necessary), I'll use the Newport News location again.

I normally don't post reviews. Even though I wasn't able to get a loan, the process was very straightforward. Talyah knew all her info, and it's almost uncanny how polite she was. She was on point with her job, it's a shame all places can't be like this.

Taliyah was very easy going and definitely helped me turn a stressful situation into something more positive. It’s always nice to feel like You have someone available to help during a difficult time. The young lady definitely had the right personality to assist customers in situations similar to mine.

Mrs. Martha did a wonderful job explaining everything. She has great professional customer service and was very informative and caring for her customers.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Martha at the Kecoughtan location. While I waited she helped several people quickly and with such kindness. Many people who visit these establishments are just trying to stay afloat or catch a break. You can tell that she cared for each customer that walked in as if they were close family. Keep up the great customer service!
