    Bobbie was so nice and went above and beyond. I was completely clueless and had no information on how to go about cashing a check from out of state.     Came into the branch at the last minute, on the weekend, with a rather complex check cashing scenario. I was greeted by Lyndsay, who, after explaining my situation, knew exactly what I needed to do to get from A to B, and communicated each step in the process very effectively. Something that really stood out for me, was when I had to leave the store and return with a required document - all prior to the store closing in less than an hour - Had it been anyone else, I don't think they would have taken the initiative to reach out to their superiors to get clearance until I returned with the document they needed, but when I came back with the document in hand, I was surprised when she said she had already spoken to management and that I was good to go. The fact that she was able to take what could have been an ugly situation, and turn it into a positive experience, and proactively address my needs by having everything ready when I returned (when I could have just as easily brushed it off and not come back) just goes to show that she "gets it". True customer service is hard to come by, and is seemingly a lost art these days, but that is certainly not the case here, and my experience with Lyndsay. Thank you!
