    Matt is TRULY an unsung hero in the community! He went above and beyond to cash my tax refund check, when NOBODY else will, and guaranteed my family's well being at this time. I cannot express how crucial these funds were, as it is currently my only income, and Matt made sure to put me in a position to provide for my family properly.     Rude, rude, rude!!!! Called to get info about getting a loan. Melissa answered the phone and was super short and rude with me. I even had to ask her if I was bothering her. She said I have a line to the door. Not OK that's not how you handle a customer who is trying to do business with you! I will never do loans with this company. I will find a company that will appreciate my business.

    I had no problem cashing my . The employee working was knowledgeable and skilled enough to know what to do if she wasn't sure. It only took about 25-30 min to get my check verified,make sure of my identity and cash my check. Only issue was having to take half in money orders due to low cash available. But can cash for free at the site in the next 3 days..
