I cashed personal checks here a few times over $1,000, when the banks were closed. I had always been helped by Telicia, she always made my day and I never had any issues. After contacting the manager, Telicia had to call the person that wrote the check to verify all the information. Once that was verified, the manager at that time allowed the check to be cashed with no issues, I just had to pay a hefty fee, lol. Today, 4/09/22, I went to cash a personal check from the same person, for the same amount, it was a different employee and she didn't want to cash it. She said they don't cash personal checks over $100, I don't know why she is telling me this because I cashed personal checks here over $1,000, so I asked her many times to pull my name up on the computer, but she didn't even budge. I also had to ask her many times to call the manager, which she finally did, but it was still denied. Apparently the manager who allowed my check to go through before, he has moved up in management. I don't know who the manager is right now, but she and her employee acted very unprofessional. This employee didn't know what she was doing, and shouldn't be working for this kind of business. I asked many times to please check the computer and you will see I have an account and it will show that I cashed the same check before, but I felt like I was being ignored the whole time. I am very disappointed with this business, I guess they cash checks when they feel like it, and it doesn't matter if you have an account or not. This put me in a huge bind, Iam very surprised, I never had problems with them before. I have waisted gas and 2 hours of my time, and was treated very unprofessionally. This is not how you treat your repeated customers. I probably won't be doing business with this company anymore. I recommend finding another place to do business that doesn't charge their account holders astronomical fees, and treats their customers with respect.
