    Joined and have cashed the same check, from the same company EVERY WEEK for last 2 months at 1200 to 1600 dollars each, donate 20 dollars EVERY TIME, and literally when I needed you most suddenly " I'm sorry sir we can't cash it, the associate showed me the screen prompt, had nothing to do with insufficient funds there was over 359k in the account. So yeah thanks for leaving me on empty after a hard days work..... will absolutely not be back and absolutely won't recommend, makes no sense So Cindy WHO IS OUTSTANDING, called asked me to give them a chance to fix and this time was the same only it cost me a private purchase I was to make and made me look like i was b.sing the seller, so yeah never again and not Cindy fault I photo deposited into my wells fargo and also showed the clerk .. wow

    Needed to cash a check, got it cashed no problem. Very friendly people. UPDATE: Changing my score from 5 to 2 stars. When cashing my check, I was *required* to open a checking account but told I could cancel/close the account within 30 days w/o penalty. I called to do so and was told I had to pay a $15 fee to close it. The people on the phone argued with me, were rude and uncooperative. It was a horrible experience. I will not be cashing checks here in the future.
