ACE Cash Express Se 7th St, Grants Pass

Laura is the absolute best ! Every time I go in she's super nice and knows my name. I was with my prior bank for almost 20 years and they didn't know my name. It's so great to be appreciated. Olahrrah is also a great new addition to the Ace Family. Laura and her are always quick with good advice on card services.

Went into Grants pass Ace Cash Express to cash my check and it was rather busy, however the women working in there were on top of getting everyone the assistance they needed, with a smile on their faces. Very efficient and welcoming. Kylie called me up immediately after the previous customer with a warm smile and got me out of there quickly. She seemed very experienced at the job.

I just recently went to Ace Cash Express, Laura the manager was the most wonferful experience! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, explained in detail what every transaction means, how to utilize all the outsourcing tools and all the different requirements. She was cheerful, professional but fun connecting with every customer. I could chat with her forever....definitely need more people in the world like her!! I haven't used ACE Cash Express in years, luckily Ozarrah! was able to help me find my previous profile/account so I could get my money! She was extremely pleasant to me, solved my issues and even made me smile! I sincerely thank her for that!

I don't remember how her name is spelled but the woman who has purple hair and beautifully tanned skin, from California, that works in the grants pass ACE advance checking is the sweetest most wonderful person everytime I come in. She definitely makes it a very comfortable place and deserves a raise. I go there to cash my checks from California every two weeks and it's not ever a bad experience.

Ozarrah was awesome! I was in a hurry and she had me out in no time! My experience was everything I'd hoped for and more!

I don't know what I would do if there was no ace cash express! I love that they are still open when I get off of work and are open on Saturdays. I'm there every Friday and I always get to see Ozarrah who works there. She is the most sweetest person. She is so welcoming and can answer any question you might have about anything. I also love how she explains everything to me and is always willing to help me figure things out. I give Ace cash express five stars!!
