The women at this location are extremely helpful and courteous. I am always greeted with a smile. I have gone to several locations in the past, however Michele has been my favorite. I following her from store to store. Great service!

My first visit here was great!!! I didn't know really how it all worked and Michele explained it very thoroughly. Both Theresa and Michele had a great attitude and I can see why they are highly rated.

Michele and Theresa are very professional and courtesy. They always have a smile on their face and love their laugh. They always keep me up to date on every event that’s coming up and offer me waters. They listen and let me know how to fix a lot of my problems I was having during my surgery. Thank you so much ladies. If I have to give my money away, I’m glad it’s to you lovely ladies with a smile on your face.

I have had good experiences until today. I missed my pay back day by mistake. Called to inquire about the process and felt rushed off the phone. Usually when you call and your busy you say please hold. I had other questions because I never missed. The lady says “Well I can’t really tell you right now because it’s in deposit status right now”. When honestly all she had to say was what was the amount you loaned instead of letting it be known that she was working with someone else not even giving me an option to hold until she is done with them. In my opinion it was rude to me and them. Bad customer service. But the last time I dealt with this lady she was a little snotty but I let it go. Not this time. I won’t be going back for sure. On the other hand the other lady has always been really nice. Go to Check Smart in Canton, MI very nice and friendly always😉
