Advance America Chesmar Plz, Newark

Traveling from California to Maryland for relocation I needed a little assistance financially. Since I worked with Advance America in CA I decided to try them out of town. The closest to my hotel was Newark, DE. Sandy was courteous, friendly and explained the East Coast process. It was very easy. I am glad I went to this location. Carolyn and the manager were nice as well. Thank you!

They took money out of my account without my permission after already set up the payment to be push back to the end putting my account in the negative n the don’t do stuff the they advertise

Hello, I ended up getting a quick loan for 800$ through a Ms. Carolyn. She was very nice & patient. She had been the only employee working the whole day and around the time I came in, she was busy with a title loan. I waiting almost an hour but it was worth the wait because she was communicating with me on my wait time. So very responsive. She was very professional. I even let two customers go in front of me because they had two quick money orders. But because of her reassurance I left out happy. I appreciate the service. One thing I don’t appreciate though is customers who take loans that aren't located in Delaware, We don’t have access to online account to check out dates. I wish that wasn’t that way. At least allow us non Delaware residents have access just to see our dates & payment amounts. But overall great service! Thank you :)
