I've been dealing with Advance America for more than a couple of years. Donna and Nikki are awesome and work with you for any of your needs. It's easy to apply and get your loan. Now most transactions can be done online! Easy. Easy. Vinny used to work there and she was fabulous too! We miss her smile.

Very professional. Easy to work with Advance America. Quick in and out every time... If ever need an extra day or two can just call them & they’ll work with you (within reason). Never a huge wait either. Everybody there is friendly and smiling when you walk in and deal with them. Shout out to Vinny and Donna for their help.

What really makes this place shine is the excellent customer service. I have been using this company for 3+ years, its nice having staff that remembers me even if I do not come in often. Hours are great, application process is no hassle, and generally in and out within in a few minutes (unlike some places where I waited for HOURS).

Vinny is amazing!!! I called she answered all my questions and was professional and friendly. When I went in she also waited on me. Very attentive to me she even remembered speaking on the phone with me. She made my transaction quick and easy. Great service in every way!!

It wasn’t the employees. They were great. It’s the fact that they wait right up until you give them all your personal information to tell you you’re denied I have never taken out a payday loan in my life. I make 2 grand a month. And I can’t borrow? Lol. “You’re approved for the max amount” “Never mind you’re denied”

Great service! I have used the payday loan product several time over the last couple of year and the staff have always been very professional, helpful, and respectful. I would definitely recommend this location for a payday loan.

I would like to thank all the ladies at this store they were very friendly, I went in about a month ago to take a loan out for my first time and Donna assisted me. Danna is very professional end respectful lady. But I prefer Vinny she's Professional, respectful end helpful it's good to have a bilingual person that will have an answer to my question end that I could understand.
