They were good until recently. They used to work with you and communicate with you, but now they could care less and cash your check without notifying you or telling you when a policy has changed. Sara or Farrah or whatever her name is is extremely rude!!!!

Been waiting for 2 days for my deposit. Waited HOURS today on the online chat for help and got NO ONE all day. Called 13 times today to get ahold of someone and got NO ONE. Left a voice mail because the automated message said they will call me back in 12 minutes when my wait time was up, guess what. NEVER GOT THE CALL. Go somewhere else. This place is terrible and a waste of time
