The environment is so welcoming. I had the honor of receiving help from a young lady named Innocence. She was very respectful and very helpful. I felt very comfortable and would recommend this place to anyone. They don’t give you a hard time and make sure you are taken care of. Definitely pleased!

Innocense M. is who I worked with at this location when I needed some emergency funds to assist with moving expense. Although they were experiencing system issues at the time, she handled my paperwork promptly and professionally. She was also very patient while I uploaded my documents. I would definitely recommend working with her at this location in the future.

The customer service rep Shaniece was very helpful! The total process took about 15 min because I was already prepared with all of my qualfying paperwork. She smiled the entire time and explained everything she was doing step by step. The only thing I didn't like is once I was approved that Allied Cash Advance does not report your line of credit to all three major credit bureaus. The only report to the bureaus if you fall behind on a payment. Hopefully this is something that will change later down the road. Other than that my experience there was awesome!!

I’ve been dealing with this company for a few years. The money comes in handy. The only thing I don’t like is the expensive fee they charge you for keeping a line of credit. I’ve always experienced great customer service here. They are fast and friendly.
