I truly appreciate my credit union. I have never had a bad experience, their rates & fees beat banks hands down and they provide faster services. Customer service support is phenomenal and my loan consultant Erika worked past her quit time to finish my loan in a day. They will remain my financial institution for life.

Jake was so nice to help me with my vehicle purchase. He explained all the details of the loan to me so well. It was sure a pleasure to work with him getting my loan processed. I look forward to any other dealings I may have in the future with Jake. American 1 is so lucky to have such a good employee as Jake.

Technically this is a 4.9 review, Is great customer service that helps with auto loans & personal loans, but no home loans. The staff was very helpful finding an alternative, recommended if you're looking for better rates for what they offer.

Jacob and the staff here are awesome. They went out of there way to quickly get us in a new vehicle after losing ours in a fire. We have had nothing but excellent service from A1CU.

I received an awesome interest rate of 1.99% and the process was extremely easy. I received excellent customer service as well. I definitely recommend going through American 1 to finance a vehicle as dealerships can’t come close to there rates

Today I had a great first time experience at American 1, the girl at the front Desk was polite on the phone and also when we stopped in. Jake was awesome! Friendly guy, very helpful and answered all questions we needed! Great staff.
