Jonathan took care of me! Got to say very energetic and cool to talk to! Respectful and helpful in anyway you could need him to be. I called reluctantly to at my siblings suggestion to consolidate my debt to have it paid off faster. Tom was my representative. He was very informative and calm. He took his time explaining everything in detail which helped me calm my nerves about doing such a program. Once he explained the benefits of the program, I felt confident using the service and now I am happy to pay down my debt in 4 years instead of 35.

These guys have been nothing but honest and helpful to me. They were able to consolidate over 30,000 and I am going to be credit card debt free in another month. I was actually able to complete my term six months early by being able to save all the interest they helped me with. Someone always answers the phone in a timely manner and that person is usually able to answer any questions without being transferred to four more people. I’m looking forward to that 800 credit score now with these paid.

We have not signed up with their full program, it turned out that the way our debt was structured, it wasn't a good fit. But my husband and I have nothing but good things to say about the free consultation that Gabriel took us through. He was very patient, and explained things clearly and answered questions. We looked at all of our debt, what categories it fell into, and he made recommendations based on his experience with the lenders. As I said we have not yet signed up for the service, but the consultation is very valuable even if the service turns out not to be a good fit. Also, there was not any pressure to sign up for anything or pay any money. They called twice following up on our initial inquiry to them, but have not harassed or pressured us in any way.

I’d say it was a perfect experience to taking the first step to get my poor credit back in order. I am very happy and had all my needs met. In 1.5 hours we went over my budget debt and made a plan.

Having virtually maxed out high interest credit cards and making minimum payments each month, I found myself overwhelmed, anxious and increasingly depressed. I finally contacted CCC to ask for help. Tom, the agent helping me, was kind, non judgmental and sensitive when we went through all my debts. It was very hard for me to address this, and it wasn’t any fun for me. Clete Thomas was very professional as well as friendly. He went through the whole process of a Reverse Mortgage and explained several things to us more than once so that we truly understood. I highly recommend ACCC for anyone who needs debt consolidation and/or debt counseling. For a small monthly fee of $39, they were able to save me about $200/month and took my average credit card interest from 24% down to 10%. This is not a typical credit card scam company!

My husband recommended ACCC for me and honestly, with so many scams out there about "lowering debt" or "consolidating credit," I would never have signed up without this first hand recommendation. However ACCC is really an amazing consumer organization, aimed at supporting individuals, not making a profit. I entered the program for 4 years, during which time they negotiated with my credit card companies for lower rates, and closed out all current credit cards. They then charged me a single monthly payment that allowed me to become debt free at the end of the 4 years. In order to enroll, I worked with them to create a monthly budget and agreed not to take on additional debt. Whenever I had questions about debt or budgeting throughout my 4 years, I was able to call and speak with someone who gave me clear and helpful advice. I was able to complete their program and am now debt free with excellent credit. It is something I honestly don't believe I could have done on my own, particularly in such a short period of time. I am so thankful and encourage anyone who is stressed about high credit card debt that never seems to get any smaller to think about enrolling in their program. This is a not-for-profit organization that truly works for you as an individual with no other motive.

By far the best and easiest consolidation company to go with. At the beginning they taught me some useful tips to stay out of debt and what to do when you get into debt and how to handle your finances and then they set you up to pay it all off. They make everything easy and if you're having a tough month they'll help you out without penalty. This program is extremely helpful. I was facing bankruptcy and really didn't want to take that route. ACCC helped me by getting my astronomical credit card rates lowered considerably, so I could still afford to pay the new monthly payments. It's a great program! God wants you to pay your debtors, not try to get out of it. This program makes things affordable and gives you a chance to stay current on all your accounts, so you can maintain your credit standing.

I was drowning in debt! I couldn’t make all my monthly bills. You pay one this month and skipped that payment the following month. I called the credit card companies to see if they could help in some way. Well that went no where. Went online looking for credit counseling options. Ran across ACCC, American Consumer Credit Counseling, I liked what I read and called them. I talked to a counselor and he let me know how it works and what I needed to get started. After I gathered all my info and gave it to them they contacted my creditors and got a reduced interest rate and a set monthly balance that I would pay. They charge a small fee each month along with the creditors set monthly payment. It took some time but I’m making my last payment this month. I can breath again! The fee that ACCC charges was a small amount and well worth the burden off my shoulders. They made the payments to the creditors. I highly recommend this service!

American Consumer Credit Counseling services provide an excellent pathway to managing finances and financially secure a workable budget in order to gain freedom from debilitating debt. Gabriel spent over 2 hours explaining how the company will work with my creditors to lower interest rates. They are a not-for- profit organization that really wants to help individuals become financially successful! Vanessa has contacted me many times to insure everything is as expected. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with debt. You truly feel relieved . Very professional!!!

I've seen a real improvement in my credit score since using this program. Additionally , they negotiated apr rates so low it makes it possible to be debt free in a few years (if I stay on this plan we collaboratively created.).These credit card companies would NOT negotiate with me and ACCC was able to do it on my favor. What a blessing!

This program is fantastic! It's helped me a lot in terms of getting out of debt and there was good customer service anytime I called with a problem. I'm almost finished paying off what was in the program so I will ask to submit another bill now. Works amazing! Thank you so much

ACCC was there when I needed the most help! They worked with all my credit card company’s to help get my interest rates down. They worked on getting smaller monthly payments so I could afford the payments and not worry about having to miss one because of not being able to afford a payment. They worked hard to answer my calls and e-mails, notify me when my accounts were paid in full and where my funds would be allotted to. I am thankful for their services! Although I never hope to be in this spot again I am beyond grateful for their hard work!

Used this service to get my credit card debit paid off. Made payments manageable and easy. Saved so much on interest fees paying through them. Super nice and friendly service. Would use again if needed. (Although I hope I won't have to.)
