I'm very satisfied with the service here. Most of the people working here are fast and friendly, and all of the ones I have encountered are competent. The online service works well, including online communication. Questions are answered quickly, and phone calls follow if clarification is needed. The office has a nice small town feel to it -- very different from the huge banks in the US. The terms are much better, too, since it's a credit union. Highly recommend.

Take Wayyyy Too Long At The Drive Thru Teller Lines.

I'm so disappointed with American Eagle Financial Credit Union again, I go to the window teller drivethru. He greets me, ok kool I then tell him I need a few $10s and $5s he clearly states ok no problem. So I pulled off i and I stop to get my ID out the envelope, yup you guessed it, he gave me all $20s. Why is it so hard to listen to the customer. I've been a member for more then 10 years. I think its time to consider banking elsewhere. HORRIBLE SERVICE, JUST HORRIBLE. This is the second time I have to go through this first Newington Branch now West Hartford branch. He was more worried about my account being negative then servicing me properly. This is why I rather go inside where the staff actually listens to the customer.

Great credit union to me the best in CT customer service is so good I wanted to slap my momma lol just playing but everything about this place is good thanks to the PEOPLE of American Eagle Financial Credit Union for there time and patience serving me. I've only been a member for 4 months now and appreciate how personable everyone is in the W. Htfd location. They take time to respond to my questions and treat me as a valued customer. The environment seems to be well-organized and pleasant. The drive-thru, as well as service inside, is fast. Pleased that I tried this instead of another big bank!
