First class all the way!!! Derek and Lina are not only knowledgeable but willing to share with a genuine come from.I have now completed five transactions with them in less than a year! The funding from American Equipment has allowed my business to scale to a level many other lenders would not have allowed me to achieve simply due to time in business or amount lending over a set period of time. I feel like I have a partner on my side and not a cold loan office. Derek and Lina are quick to advise me of what’s best for me and my business rather than what makes them the most money. Derek is a team player and a great asset for company. I can truly say that trust is an understatement in they way they make me feel. The transactions are smooth and in my favor. Derek does not lead me down the wrong path and is quick to provide any advice to the financial side of my business even when it doesn’t have a connection with his lending. Lina is quick to catch any contradictions in the documents that would prove to be costly for me down the road.I do not know where I would be without Derek and Lina and this is certainly not a disingenuous or embellished statement. Had a Great experience dealing with Derek Anniston. Everyone from the loan department to the funding department was extremely professional and showed great communication throughout my customers approval process. I have had bad experiences with similar companies before but American Equipment Finance definitely earned our future business. Within a week we were able to get my customer an LLC, Bank Account set up, Loan approved and Funded just in time for my customer to make it back for Fathers day and drive in his new Freightliner Coronado from TEXAS TO CALIFORNIA!
