    This is the best car buying experience I have had. We worked remotely with the sales rep to purchase a 2022 Kia Telluride. When I flew in, the car and paperwork were all ready when I arrived at the dealership. They were helpful in ensuring I knew everything about the vehicle and answered all of my questions.

    My purchase occurred in August of 2021. Over the past 10 years I have dealt with a multitude of car dealerships in Colorado. Kia Arapahoe's used car dealership was an absolutely the worst experience I have had, with rude employees and managers alike. The two employees in question are Lee and his manager Kurt Price. My initial experience was very positive, I came into the dealership after getting an aggressive quote from their website for my trade-in. Once I took the car into the dealership, they inspected it and were able to offer just around the price quoted online. I found a car that I liked on their used lot, and after some negotiating the numbers worked out. I went home slept on it and decided to move forward the next day. That day when I went in I dealt with Lee and Kurt Price, the other used car manager was on leave. I spoke to Lee about the price I had negotiated with that manager and he said no such event occurred. We then spoke to the other manager Kurt Price, this individual was so rude to both myself and my father.The headache of dealing with another dealership was not worth this deal falling through but do not make the same mistake as me and find another dealership. I contacted the other manager a few days later and he was not responding to any of my calls, 2 weeks later he called me and told me there was nothing he could do. The dealership also took over 2 months to deliver on an additional key that was written into the We Owe You Owe contract, do not expect them to deliver anything they write on that document expect it upfront. Kia Arapahoe has lost a repeat customer from my end, and other dealerships may be a better option for most.

    I was starting to give up any hope that I would ever be approved for a vehicle. On a whim I reached out to Arapahoe looking for a used Kia Soul. I was contacted very quickly by Jon. I let him know my situation, how i had no credit and a very small down payment. I surprised that same day that I was approved for a 2018 Kia Soul with only 500 down. I could have cried tears of joy. The only obstacle was that I live 9 hours away. I decided it was worth the trip. By that weekend I was welcomed by Jon who was super friendly and made the whole experience a breeze. The car was in super condition. Cant even tell its used. I will be recommending anyone who has had trouble with the whole car buying process to try them. One of the best decisions I've ever made!

    DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! I live in Texas. On Oct 6th, I flew into Denver to pick up a vehicle. From the beginning it’s been nothing but issues as far as paperwork goes. I currently can’t get my vehicle registered in the county that I live in because no one at Arapahoe Kia will respond to calls, texts, or emails. My county tax office has called multiple times to speak with Eric and have yet to get the problem resolved. After 30 days will be charged a late fee. Do they care, absolutely not. The only thing holding me back from getting my vehicle registered is an error affidavit. When I received the title in the mail, the odometer reading said 60,000. But the previous owner states that the vehicle has 57,673 and when I bought it, it read 57,994. Basically the odometer can’t go backwards. Once I can get someone with knowledge on the phone to fix this I’ll never have to deal with them ever again. I highly doubt this issue will get resolved in 3 day. Just so frustrating to get the run around.

    I came in with some very high expectations and a very low budget needing a car day of, which is a huge ask in today’s market. Jake and Amanda were both super helpful and patient with me as I deliberated, and helped me find the best deal for me.     Our experience at Arapahoe Kia was easy and quick. We worked with Kurt Price and he was very fair with the first price he offered. Kurt said something like "we want the cow to eat the cabbage". He did a good job of understanding that we were there to buy a car and knew that we did not want to haggle over price. He listened to our concerns and respected our time. Overall it was a very easy and quick experience buying a car at Arapahoe Kia.

    Arapahoe KIA is the best, they really do put in a lot of effort around customer service and transparency. CJ in the service department is amazing! Even though he had a busy schedule he made time to keep in touch, help me as much as he could with insurance and got my car repaired as quickly as he could. He made me feel confident that my vehicle was in the right place and would be taken care of. My own insurance company didn't do any of that. Thank you CJ for all you're hard work, I am forever grateful for you

    The absolute most ridiculous dealership I have ever dealt with in my life!! They basically won't sell you a car unless you finance through them and if you don't they charge you more!! And they want to add on a $700 doc fee!! I mean what the?? Then they still want to run your credit, even if you have cash??? The salesman Jon Alvarez became rude once I told him I would not allow my credit to be run on a cash deal. I will never ever inquire this dealership again! What a joke!

    Ordering the vehicle was easy. Goz was amazing, very polite and professional. However, the vehicle was delivered without the tow package that was ordered, it added more money to the purchase that I was unprepared for. The fact that I had to notice it and point it out, and took quite a while to get it negotiated, was bittering. Once I got to sign the papers it went quickly. I'm supposed to get the tow hitch installed when the parts are available. Overall a good experience, but certainly would have liked to have the vehicle come as ordered or at a minimum, have the staff aware and trouble shoot prior to the customer coming to pick up. I'm super happy they were willing to assist with the tow package, however, having to wait for parts and then make an appointment to drop the vehicle off for install is just something that should have been avoided.

    I unfortunately got my 2017 KIA Sportage broken into about 4 weeks ago which the person who broke in was able to drill into the lock on the driver side and open the door. So I brought it here and it was $600 to replace the lock and then they had to get a new cap to put over the lock in the handle. But, I STILL haven’t gotten this part in. This is the 4th week I’ve been waiting and the first time they got it in it was the WRONG color. Also, I’ve had to call them every time they don’t give me any status updates. They said they would rush it in but they didn’t even call me last week I had to call them about 4 times now to see what was going on! Finally, please please please be aware if you buy a KIA they are VERY easy for the lock to be broken into and the alarm will NOT go off if you google this it will come up as Kias are one of the top car to be stolen/broken into. Even one of the service guys said there were three KIAs brought in that day that were either stolen or the lock was broken into.

    I just bought a used Kia Optima from Arapahoe Kia and I am very disappointed in the customer service provided. Before purchasing the certified vehicle I noticed the engine coolant level was super low, the rear passenger tire pressure was 10psi lower than the rest, and there was some kind of red sticky substance splattered on the lights on the top of the inside of the car. I brought all of this to the attention of the salesman as well as the manager and was assured if I purchased the vehicle they would take care of all of it and have the vehicle cleaned and detailed before I left with the car that day. They also said they would check for any leak in the tires. After purchasing the vehicle I was given the car keys and vehicle with absolutely no gas, dirt and dust particles all over the inside of the cup holders, and after leaving the psi on the tires kept changing again. The dealership did go fill up the car to 3/4 of a tank before I left however, it was very unsettling to be told the car was certified and have all of these issues and be told, “oh they must have forgotten,” for every issue I brought up. Another issue I have with this dealership is just about every question I had regarding the vehicle before and during the purchasing process the salesman had to go ask his manager even for simple things like if the vehicle had Bluetooth. Once I got home I noticed more red sticky substance in the trunk, some black markings on the doors, as well as some markings on the center consul and seats. All of this wiped off pretty easy with some car cleaning wipes I picked up. They clearly didn’t give a damn about cleaning or detailing before selling the vehicle. I will never be back to this location and I will make sure to take my vehicle to a higher rated location for any service needs in the future. Do not buy a vehicle from this location! Pro: Great discount on an already well priced vehicle.

    I came in and was looking to buy new. This Kia dealership is the only one I could find that actually cared about me and talked me through everything! Also the only one at msrp which was a necessity for me. Edward was a great salesman and got me exactly what I wanted after I was, I’m sure, a very difficult and picky customer. Everything was very quick and all my questions were answered right away! So thankful for my new car!

    Went in today with the intention to leave the lot with a new car purchased. We were the first in during a small rush (4 different couples came in after us), waited about 15 minutes and the sales people flocked to the last in so we left. Not worth fighting with others over a sales agent.

    Have brought my car there multiple times and always had a good experience - service had been professional, clean, quick, etc. However, a couple of weeks ago I asked that they look into my thermostat as my heat had not been working for months and Jiffy Lube confirmed the thermostat was broken (took it into Kia to determine if it would be covered under warranty). They tried to gaslight me into thinking there was nothing wrong with my thermostat and that "it had just been colder than normal outside". When I tried to tell them I am the original owner of the car and I obviously know whether my heat works or not they became very rude and dismissive. They completed services I did not want done without my approval (oil change, etc.) when I explicitly asked that they call me before doing anything to my car. When I told them I didn't want that done they got upset at me. They didn't tell me when my car was ready to be picked up or their hours. Writing this today as I just took my car to Peak Kia in Littleton for a second opinion because I didn't trust the work they did and they confirmed my thermostat is in fact broken. Have lost all trust in their ability to diagnose and repair my car and won't be going back there again.

    I don't write a lot of reviews, but Arapahoe Kia's Service department definitely deserves one. We dropped our car off a day ago for some recall work and a diagnostic. I worked with CJ (mainly) who was always positive, professional, and energetic. He had great communication and swift follow up. I also spoke with "Sean" (not sure of spelling) - a technician - who I had consulted with on the diagnostic issue I had. Even with the technician role not typically being customer facing, "Sean" was great. Clear, articulate, and upbeat. I typically steer people away from dealerships, but this one certainly changed my mind.

    Tried to schedule a test drive twice. The first attempt was met with no return call. After two weeks I called again to try. This time I was able to put something on the schedule. We arrive 10 minutes early to our appointment but it turns out the person we scheduled our test drive with left for the day. So we stood and waited for 30 minutes before someone came to help us. After talking to them about what car we wanted to test drive they gave us the keys and told us to be back in 15 minutes. The whole process felt chaotic and poorly managed.

    They should be ashamed My daughter lives in Denver and recently had her car stolen. We figured the best place to fix the damage after it was recovered would be the dealership. Car really only had minor damage so should have been an easy thing. Theses guy had the car for 7 weeks and when it was returned to her it still wasn’t complete, the remote start doesn’t work, the interior is still trashed from the candles that stole it, additional items where stolen while at the dealership. Getting her car back this time was just as traumatic as when she recovered it from the theft. Very unprofessional. They where paid more then 3k to fix it and the couldn’t even make it presentable!?! Place is a joke in my opinion. Guess we’ll have to find another shop to fix it right.

    The Kia Niro PHEV is impossible to come by in Texas. As soon as the car i wanted popped up on my search, I called Jim at Arapaho. He was extremely helpful from start to finish. He kept me updated along the way. I flew in on a Friday night and drove my car off the lot before noon on Saturday. They were quick, and professional. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Arapahoe Kia.

    Went there to look at cars with my wife, nobody came out to help us after an hour of being there and walking around. I am a service disabled vet and my back was hurting me from all the walking around so I went home then called to get a price on a vehicle I was interested in, and they passed me around to 3 different people before sending me over to a voice-mail that automatically hung up on me. I thought Peak KIA had lousy service, but apparently they're not alone. I'll take my business elsewhere.

    One of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. When calling to try to get information if the car we wanted to see was in the show room, lady was extremely cold, and rude. When we arrived the receptionist just sat there with a cold look on her face didn’t say hello to my wife and I the entire time. We spent 20 minutes there waiting for a sales rep to ask questions to and the entire time not a single person came to help us. The receptionist didn’t even a knowledge us. At one point one of the sales rep rushed past us and our one year old on the stroller while we were struggling to get through the doorway. Such a bizarre experience this is the first negative review I am giving on Google in a long time

    Not so much a review of services but kind of a sales model they have adopted. You order a car. Takes 4-6 months to come in. You go to pickup and trade your vehicle and they lowball you. They then sell the car you ordered for 4-8K over sticker. Check out all Tellurides they have for sale. All way over sticker. 3 of my neighbors experienced the same process. So essentially the customers are ordering vehicles for them beyond their own manufacturer allocation. They are KIAs and God love the people paying $$$ over sticker. I’m just not one of them.

    Original review of this place was poor due to terrible customer service and lack of any concern for my issues from one particular employee in the service department. I've decided to delete my old review after recent experiences here. Everyone who I dealt with on my last visit was very kind and made me feel like my issues mattered to them and that they'd do whatever they could to get me out the door with the best work possible on my vehicle. The free donuts, coffee, and other snacks make waiting here for your vehicle not so bad which was nice. Apologies that I can't remember specific names of the friendly employees I dealt with but they were all fantastic aside from one fellow at the front who always seemed to sound quite fed up and annoyed while talking to other customers on the phone during my visit (Maybe he was the dismissive employee that I dealt with long ago? Not sure)... I'm sure if I had dealt with him this review might have been different. Maybe im being too picky but his tone of voice and apperant attitude about things was the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star environment for me personally. Anyways I'll definitely be back next time I need work on my vehicle done properly.

    Whoever is saying it costs an extra 100 dollars for battery installation and replacement for a kia forte because the battery is under the engine needs to get backhanded. Imagine the face I had when my partner, who doesn't know a ton about cars, tells me it's going to be over 400 dollars to install a new battery because "they have to take half of the engine out". Are yall that desperate?

    I recently brought my vehicle (which was purchased 7 months earlier from the dealership) in to Arapahoe KIA because I ran over debris on the freeway and there was something leaking. After several hours they called me back to let me know “The car checked out, there are no leaks and it must have been from a different car”. I explained my car is the only one who parks in that space in my garage but trusted their assessment. TERRIBLE mistake. Later that evening my entire house smelled of gasoline and the puddle in the garage was very noticeable. I had to have the car towed, but prior to being towed the tow company required the Fire Department to approve it as safe to tow. Several hours later the car was on its way back to the dealership. The next morning I went in to the service department to ask what happened. They said the manager would call me. After speaking to the manager I was informed that the technician lied about servicing the vehicle and they would work on it now. I was driving with a punctured gas tank that could have killed me, blown up my house, or killed someone else. All they could say was “sorry”. The negligence of this dealership is incomprehensible. As a way to patch things up I was offered a free oil change and tire rotation. I then reached out to the GM for additional support. He and I spoke over the phone and he mentioned he would do everything to remedy the issue. Due to the expensive nature of the damage I filed a claim with my Insurance company. The rep and the dealership agreed on the cost of all repairs. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was overcharged by close to $200. When I got home I compared emails, receipts and notes to see the discrepancy in what was agreed to and what was paid. I went back to the dealership to ask what the additional charges were and the GM assured me there must be a reason for the difference. After meeting with both the GM and service manager it was identified that there was no cause for the additional charges and I was refunded the difference. In addition to being dishonest about servicing my car in the first place they were going to upcharge me and hope to get away with it?! If you have any interest in working with a dealership with integrity, I advise you find another place to do business with. I waited almost a month to post this review to make sure I was not reacting purely out emotion. I want to make sure this does NOT happen to someone else and the outcome be much worse.

    When dropping off your car for service the first thing you will see and smell is employees taking their cigarette break by the shipping and receiving drop off which is also your entrance to drop off your car. Great first impression! Also when making an appointment to diagnose your car and not being told that it would cost your $169 out of pocket and demanding the money up front otherwise we will just pull your car right around is also not a great impression. Not my first awful experience with this kia. I had my radio replaced their 3 years ago and had demeaning customer service then as well. I swore never to go back and I wish I would have kept that promise. Thanks for wasting my time Mark and the rest of the employees at Arapahoe Kia.

    Not good but not terrible. Fairly quick and easy buying process, the finance manager Joel was the one shining light, but...our sales person was not unfortunately. He argued with us multiple times if there is a Sorento EX X-Line. There is, and we bought an EX from you, and you even argued about it one more time after the sale (check Kia.Com if you still don't believe us). Also, we were sold an accessory, wheel locks, that we didn't want but were told couldn't be removed from the order. The accessory/part wasn't installed, was told by one employee they would install it, CS our salesperson said they couldn't and refused us. Then, before the vehicle was delivered we asked multiple employees not to put the dealer’s advertising sticker on it, the vehicle still came with it. One employee said they would take it off, CS again said NO, that's illegal (its not) and said they wouldn't remove the sticker as there was no time for it. Again, not terrible but not good and if you can't avoid Arapahoe Kia, at least try another salesperson. Sorry CS, but you were just no no no with us, with what was, for us at least, a major purchase. Not cool.

    I looked for a Niro PHEV in my area and was not able to find one. I found the car through Car Gurus but it was located in Colorado at the Arapahoe dealership (close to a thousand miles from where I live). My salesperson was Will Loomis. Will was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. I can say this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. The car was delivered to my front door in a few weeks with no hiccups. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Will!

    Do not order a KIA Telluride from them. First, they lie about how long it will take. Second, the "refundable" deposit is only refundalbe if you visit their dealership if you live in the state of Colorado, regardless how far away. Otherwise they keep it. Awful experience.

    This is my second review on this COMPANY. HORRIBLE SERVICE, Especially in the service department. I bought a BRAND NEW Car in July, first problem they had to order me my key since they lost the secondary key it came with no problem. They called me 3 weeks after purchase to advise the key was in. After scheduling an appt 40 min away from my home I get down to the location after waiting 1.5 hours for the key to be programmed they informed me they LOST SAID key and send me home, to only call me 15 min after leaving to tell me they found the key and head back. (no regards to my time wasted at this point). Finally Key done. I have some trim around my window on MY BRAND NEW CAR that needs replaced remind you very minor but still Brand new car. They day my key was getting done they were suppose to get approval from the manufacture to complete the job after hearing NOTHING that's right NOTHING I had my husband call on 9/9/2021 and spoke with GOOD OLE MARK. Well Mark said he still didn't have approval so he would make a call and call back. Surprise MARK was able to get approval right over the phone. Here it is 10/11/2021 I just called the dealership as again we have heard NOTHING and good OLE MARK says well we are still waiting on the part. I asked to speak with Mark's manager and by no surprise I went sent straight to a voicemail. WORST DEALERSHIP WITH THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY SAY THEY ARE THE BEST BUT TO ME THEY ARE FAR FROM IT.

    These folks tried to sell me a whole new radiator, claiming my trans lines were leaking. Then on the final bill marked my radiator green... so why attempt to sell me a new radiator if it's not needed. Not to mention, I've had my car seen numerous times since I bought my vehicle by Asc certified techs and not one has ever mentioned needing a new radiator. This dealership, instead of replacing my throttle body actuator on a tsb, they recalibrated it. Well, it was already recalibrated once before almost a month ago and yet... it failed, and we are expecting it will fail again. 😔 you know, I really liked my car. But the lack of integrity these dealerships seem to have is through the roof. I'm waiting for the market to go down and will be upgrading to an Audi. Good customer service and integrity is everything. These people prey on women. I'm a woman but I live with an ASC certified master tech. So I'm learning how these folks get over on their own customers. I'm very disappointed with Kia service all around.

    Great car shopping experience, came to look at the Kia Seltos. We were helped out immediately by Cedric and loved the first one he showed us. While in the process of buying, we went back and forth with him and he was patient enough to hear out all of our needs to get the price we want - same with Scott the GM who came to talk to us personally. The finance lady was nice but pushy with the plans. The clean up process for the car took longer than expected but at the end of the day we drove away with the car we wanted and were very satisfied! Can't comment on the service just yet.

    We just moved here from North Carolina, I was amazed with the Colorado hospitality this dealership showed us. Outstanding friendly and quick service, I had a washer motor gasket leak. They repaired the part, WASHED MY DIRTY CAR, and had me out in 1hr 20min. I had an appointment. Super clean waiting area and bathrooms. We didn’t buy our Kia from here, but they treated us like we did. We will definitely be buying from this dealership when it’s time to get a new car. Strong work Arapaho Kia! We will be back.

    Just purchased a vehicle from Arapahoe Kia. The process was easy and the sales associate was professional and friendly. The sales associate was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions. The associate also was very helpful with pairing the phone with the vehicle and walking us through all features. Giving 3 stars and some information so you are prepared when you enter this dealership. The current market at this time leaves little or no room for negotiations on the price, so be prepared to pay the suggested retail price from the manufacturer, Kia and in some cases even more. We were fine with this because it is the current market with the chip shortages and the COVID impact on supply. We shopped around and sold our vehicle prior to purchasing this vehicle to get the best price possible. At this time, used cars are in high demand, so if you want the best price possible, reach out to serveral dealerships before making a decision to trade or sell. There are benefits for both including a tax break on the purchase price of the new vehicle when trading in your vehicle. The value on Edmunds or other online tools tends to be high and often not what you will get at the dealership. Next be prepared when you enter the financing department at Arapahoe KIA. In the taxes line item, the financing associate added a $1,500 fee for window etching of the VIN. We did not ask for this and we did ask for all up front fees prior to puchasing the vehicle. This was not disclosed at any time. Also the line item was in the taxes [not taxes and fees]. There was a hard sell for the extended warranty and you will need to do research to determine if this adds value to the purchase of your vehicle. We always decline any extended warranty on the purchase of a vehicle. I am sure as our Kia warranty is about to expire on our vehicle we will be receiving mail and phone call saying, "we have been trying to reach you about your car's warranty anyway...." Finally, ask for a line item of all fees, charges, and taxes before signing anything. If you don't want the extended warranty, say "no" and ask to move on. Buying a car can be an emotional purchase and I recommend using the variety of payment calculators available online to determine your payment prior to walking in the door. Know your credit score. Finally, it is the associates job to maximize profit and that's what they do at almost all dealerships. Be prepared to advocate for yourself and then enjoy your new car.

    Some say you can't get good service at a dealer, I say it depends where you go. The whole service center is super friendly and helpful. Marc Russell provided better care than any service advisor I've had since I bought the vehicle. I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else for service moving forward.

    Avoid!!!! Went there one week ago to get my routine oil change. All went well until the next day i noticed an oil leak in my driveway. I read online this can happen sometimes after an oil change. The week went by and the oil stain got bigger and bigger. When I woke up yesterday and went to take my car out of the garage the oil stain was HUGE! I called arapahoe kia to bring it in. When i brought it in the mechanic told me the gasket they put on was " too small". After the service was done I asked for a bill of summary and the customer service rep told me "he didnt feel the need to start a service repair". Tried to email the service manager to get compensation for the clean up. No return of call yet. Poor job. I brought my kia to them because theyre supposed to be experts turns out theyre not.

    Went today to test ride Kia Forte. The sales person let me drive a LXS model. After ride when I asked about the keyless options, the guy says, keyless option is only available on RS model. I showed him there is no model as RS on Kia site, he says me that he has been working there for last 2 years and knows all details. He gave me a window sticker of GT asked to check it out.     Service has to be scheduled online, and then confirmed before showing up for an appointment. I scheduled for the next day and received an email with the subject line “Your service appointment is confirmed”. My fault I didn’t open the email. The service advisor moved my appointment to a different day without verifying I was available. When I showed up for the time I scheduled the two service advisors on the service drive were condescending and unhelpful. I love my Kia and am in the market to buy another one but after how they made me feel I’ll buy my new Telluride elsewhere and have my Optima serviced elsewhere too.

    I have been shopping around for a new car and was contacted by Arapahoe Kia about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing and had inquired about online. I spoke on the phone with a representative who said I could come in that day and see the car. I let him know it would be a while because I lived quite far away. He then told me he used to live and commute from the same area and that it’s roughly an hours drive and he would see me shortly. I get there and am re directed to a run down lot where I was able to view the car and was then told it had been spoken for for several days. After which I drove another hour home all with a two year old in tow. Maybe they assumed that since I was coming such a long way I would end up buying something even if it wasn’t what I wanted or if it put me over my budget but they were incorrect. Complete disregard for people’s time and money to try and force a sale. Not respectable business at all.

    This review is specifically about the Sales Rep, Robert Coleman. Robert was absolutely wonderful and I can not recommend him enough! His is personable, helpful, very responsive and we never felt pressured. He even stayed in touch with us on a Sunday when the dealership wasn't even open.     I can’t speak about the sales, but the service department is by far the worst in the country! My wife and I have been trying for a year to have our radio replaced (under warranty) and no luck. In fact, by the time we got the call to replace the radio, the vehicle was no longer under warranty. Now they want to charge us to replace it, even though the original issue and replacement part was ordered under warranty. It doesn’t even matter anyways because the service advisor (Mark Gurule) will never call you back or keep you in the loop. Hopefully my experience is just an anomaly, but I will never, ever buy another Kia again!

    I was there today 5/16/22 I drove 2 hours approved financing, to buy a MINI Cooper for my wife. We previously talked to a sale rep. Explained to him that we had our own financing through our business they were OK with that and said they can work with any bank. We decided to drive the two hours to Denver. We get to test drive the car. We liked it and agreed on a price. They made us fill paperwork. About 3 hours later they said that their submission was declined. We called Bank of America, they give them an activation code, we were on the phone with Bank of America when other banks started calling about a loan submission. It was an easy process but it looks like they did not want to work with our finance. We talked to Kurt Price, used car manager. I highly recommend that you don’t waste your time at this dealership they do not like outside financing they will tell you what they do, but at the end of the day they want you to finance through them. This makes me believe that all they wanted to do is sell us through their own financing and made us waste all these time for nothing.

    I came to Arapahoe Kia just last week to buy a new 2022 Kia Sorento. Kia's are beautiful cars, packed with tech and the new X-Line trim on the Sorento makes it look very aggressive, I am very please with my new car. Sean and Georgia took good care of us during our purchase and Chelsea in finance was incredibly knowledgeable, made sure everything was crystal clear and well explained. Between the three of them we were in and out quickly and very happy to drive off the lot with our new car. My only real feedback, (apart from a snafu with our Kia app,) is that the team here seems to be apologizing all the time. When I call with a question, to make an appointment, or to pick something up, I don't need an excuse and an apology. I just need to know when you can get me in, where I need to go and what all is involved. Confidence breeds confidence, and at this point, due to a lack of confidence, I'm a little suspicious if they can pull off what they promise. I'm sure I wont be disappointed, but it would be nice to feel confident in this team when I'm working with them on my new car.

    I just returned from Arapahoe Kia Service Center (4/6/22). I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection of fluids and cabin filter. Before leaving my home I sprayed a small amount of paint on my rear left tire so I had a way to confirm that they infact did rotate my tires. I asked Levi, the service rep, 3 times if he would make sure they rotated the tires and he said they would be sure to do it. I waited an hour and a half even though I had an appointment (one hour of that time my car just sat in the garage floor where I parked it.) I paid for the service and went to get in my car and you guessed it, they did NOT rotate the tires. I confronted both Levi and the garage manager and was told it was a miscommunication. Also interesting, another customer was told they were out of oil and she had to wait until they returned with more. So, did they change my oil?????? Levi also promised he me would take a picture of the cabin filter to determine if it needed changing. That never happened. I have lost all confidence in this dealership. Levi promised me a free oil change next time I come in. Bet you money they'll deny me in September (oil change date).

    Only after signing all the paperwork and completing the deal did they tell us that there was only one key for our new pre-owned vehicle. The associate told us he’d check with the service dept and previous owner but we never heard back. Gave him five days to check but after no call back, we called them back and we’re told once again they’ll check into it. Doubt we’ll hear back from them and now we have to pay for a second key. Pretty shady way to get an extra $400 out of us.

    Very bad experience. I bring my car to do the recall I drive to the Kia dealership and the car was perfectly fine. Next day I would pick up the car the car started having so many issues And they don't want to fixed it and want too charge me for the diagnostic for there mistake. So I had no other choose but too take the car to the another Kia dealership they told me they have a some programming issues and wire issues. They had advised me who ever was working on the car last didn't program something properly. On top of all of that they where very very rude told me to never bring my cars there ever again super unprofessional I would definitely stay away from KIA in general there just terrible cars and there customer service is even worse

    Ed and Jared were both nothing short of amazing! My deal did take a little longer than most but they made sure I was taken care of and happy with the set of wheels I got.     Sean and the sales manager explained all the details and options about the car to me as well as different purchase options. In today’s car market it’s very hard to find clear and accurate information on how to get a car you WANT as soon as possible. They did that! Then when my car came in earlier than expected! Cedric went through all of the paperwork, financing got me a great rate and I was out the door faster than I’ve ever been buying a car in the past.     While their employees are nice, they will lie about transactions. They lost the keys to the car we purchased when it was time to get it. We’ve had the car for 6 weeks and the car we traded in is paid off and they have the title. They still haven’t paid us for what they owe (over $12000) to us. We have gotten the run around every time we go in or call. They promised to fill the tank and detail the car since they lost our keys and “forgot” to do both. If you want to lose money to a scam dealer with a nice storefront, get the run around, and get lied to on more than one occasion to cover their gross negligence, I recommend going here. I will say that the only good employee, who seems to be trying to help, is Jared. The salesmen and office representatives are rude, negligent, and downright liars.

    Had a great experience with Jake and the finance team. I was originally going to buy from Carvana because I’m pretty busy and I honestly hate going in and going through the whole car buying experience. But when carvana came back with a high interest rate, I decided to see if Arapahoe Kia could do better. Jake reached out and I explained my budget and was pretty sure my only option would be used. Originally I was thinking a used Soul since they are pretty decent cars even if they aren’t 100% my style. Turns out Jake and the finance team got me an interest rate that was almost HALF of what carvana got me and I was able to purchase a new 2022 Kia Forte GT Line. A car I love instead of settling on a car I like. Additionally, the gal in finance put me in touch with her rep at liberty mutual who saved me $30 a month on my insurance. Finally, when the process was over, they let me go. My boyfriend recently bought a new car from Mazda and he got held hostage just so they could show him how the windshield wipers work and to make him download an app. I’m a smart cookie and a busy person so I prefer to figure those things out on my own. When everything is over, I want to leave so I appreciated that my car was detailed and full of gas and Jake gave me the option to go if I wanted to. Highly recommend checking out this place for your next car purchase!

    In the middle of December, our car wouldn’t start, so we had it towed to the dealership. We called them to let them know it was there. We were told it would be a two week wait, before they could look at it. Given COVID/employee issues, we were willing to wait. We called back after 2.5 weeks because we didn’t hear anything. We were told it would be another 2 weeks before anyone could look at it. We were understanding, and decided to wait. Well, 2.5 weeks later we received a call from the dealership that some cars on the lot were broken into, ours included! They are refusing to claim it on their insurance. They are insisting we use ours, which we have a $1k deductible and of course rates will go up. Their reasoning is that when we dropped it off we signed that they are not reliable. We reminded them, we didn’t sign anything because it was towed. They then claimed it was a verbal agreement, if it’s towed. I’m so disappointed because they will not work with us despite the fact that we were so patient when they had our car for a month without looking at it. Plus, it’s ironic that now that we need our car damaged fixed, they’ll make money off of this (it’s not drivable). BTW-we have two of the same make cars and have used this dealership to service both cars for just about four years.

    I have been a loyal customer with Arapahoe Kia now over 8 years. I just purchased my 3rd Kia Sorento, second with this dealership and the sales team has been great. I went in last Tuesday and Will Loomis helped me get a great 2019 certified Sorento that's beautiful! Will was great and just moved along the process and really made my vehicle purchase a breeze.     I called this Kia Service dealership twice about making an appointment to fix two safety issues. Each time I got an answering message that they would get back to me, which they never did and the second time again it was just the answering message. I can only surmise that Customer Service and Loyalty at this dealership is lousy if you cannot even connect up to a human being. I would neither recommend nor patronize Arapaho Kia unless they get their act together. Having worked in Quality engineering and management as well as in Parts & Service with one of two of the major OEMs, I personally find such treatment insulting and unacceptable particularly when automobiles are the second largest consumer purchase next to buying a home.

    My experience with Arapahoe Kia has made me so upset today that I was shaking with anger today, as they tried to charge me for their own mistake. I spent over 30K on a car from them, and their incompetence and lack of customer service has been incomprehensible. I write this review only because I have no other recourse. They have my money, and they know it. They see no reason to extend themselves in order to make up for their own mistakes. They have all the power in this situation, and I don't think they care much about their reputation. Notice they don't respond to their negative reviews, only the positive ones. I'm now stuck with them for ongoing service, and it's giving me some pretty serous anxiety.

    Initially I would have given Arapahoe Kia a 2 out of 5, until they surprised me on the day I went to pick up the car. Backstory- I ordered a Kia Telluride back in March, was told I was number 197 in line, I worked with Edward Duran who collected $100 deposit from me for the car. I didn’t hear any updates or have much in writing at all. It had me nervous, I was the one always calling to check on the status, I didn’t have financing and no one seemed to care to follow up with me. I called 3 weeks ago to find out my car was arriving in a week. I asked how financing, I was sent an application and told I would hear from someone. Never did, I called a second time and was told the same thing. I didn’t know the out the door price, I didn’t have much in writing. ***now this is what surprised me** the day before I picked up the car, I called Edward to let him know I still don’t know what’s going on, the price, the financing etc and I was upset with the poor communication. He had his manager speak with me, went through some questions, and gave me some pricing options. I explained that I wanted to put 20k down and finance the vehicle. He said okay, we will see you tomorrow. I arrive at the dealership, they showed me my car, I went in the office sat down. Thry had everything ready. They gave me the out the door price which was less than expected, told me I could get the pymt I wanted and sent me over to finance. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. I was very pleased by how quick they got everything done and had me out the door. Edward was so kind and helpful. It completely turned my initial experience and opinion of them around. I will now happily recommend Edward and the entire Arapahoe Kia team.

    I've never felt such disrespect and betrayal and dishonesty with this company!!! I purchased a KIA Sportage 2021 from them last year which kind of went sour considering that I had a flat tire the very first day I got the Brand-new vehicle and they could NOT help me at all, so I had to go to PEAK KIA in Littleton, to get that taken care of. I dealt with the situation, I moved on. My new Kia Sportage has been attempted to be stolen 3 times so I DO NOT recommend this car to anyone for the fact it is the highest rated stolen car right now!!! (And I am a Kia baby) I have stood behind Kia for many years I've never had any other vehicle but Kia, because of the recent car theft, I decided to trade this one in and go for a better grade model with KIA, So I had my vehicle towed to the service department at Arapahoe Kia to try them again because I'm loyal. Edward did his best, but he is not completely knowledgeable of what really needs to happen in order to get a sale done (bless his heart) he was so sweet but after that it just went down hill!. I left 4 recorded messages for Kirk Price to call me back, I left another message for Chelsea, to call me back she did not call me back, she sent me a text saying she was too busy and and I needed to deal with someone else. I called and left another message for Kirk Price, again he never returned my calls! I called the office asking many times to speak to different managers and nobody seems to be able to help me because they all want to run from the situation. I Do not recommend this store EVER!!! I will NEVER bring my business back here and I will make sure that everybody knows to not go here, you ruined the chances with a lifetime Kia person and I will make sure that "you're so busy" is not so busy anymore!

    It took me two months to get in contact with anyone from the dealership to schedule my work. When I got a hold of someone, I shared that I wanted to replace my cracked bumper per the repair estimate from June 2021. I was required to pay for the bumper up front and was told the only difference from the estimate would be a $50 increase in the price of paint; however it cost about $150 more than what I was quoted, without explanation. I called several weeks later to see if the bumper had arrived at the location and was told it had been sitting in parts for 10 days, but no one bothered to call me to schedule. The day the bumper was replaced I was not offered a new written estimate, yet the work was once again about $150 more than I was initially quoted, without explanation. When I picked up my vehicle I explained that the whole job had cost $300 more than my initial estimate and that I was never provided anything in writing to suggest that I should be prepared to pay this much, and when I asked why the cost was so much more than I expected I was essentially told "that's what this receipt says" without any true explanation. From 2018-2021 I had exceptional experiences with Arapahoe Kia, but was sincerely disappointed by this experience of being under-communicated with, overcharged, and treated without respect or honestly. Arapahoe Kia has lost a previously loyal customer and I will not be returning. Edited to increase stars from 1 to 3: Arapahoe Kia's customer service representative reached out and was able to offer a partial refund for the difference in costs, which was appreciated.

    If you want the worst Kia service I’ve had in the COUNTRY go here. They don’t listen to customer concerns on their vehicle regarding simple things like fluids and are more concerned on “passing” basic tests to meet company minimum servicing marks than anything else.     Sold me a used car that had 3 dash lights come on the following day including the check engine light, after telling me extensive work had been done on the car. Tried to contact salesman and received no response until I asked for my emissions voucher and still no acknowledgement of the dash lights. A couple days later the car would not shift out of park and the ABS light was on. Had to have the vehicle towed, but was told Arapahoe Kia fired their mechanic and that I'd have to have it taken to the nearest dealership for repair and we would "go from there". Despite the dealership and I repeatedly attempting to get a hold of the GM, sales manager and my salesman, I have not heard anything back. I got to drive my new car for 2 days before it had to be towed away and have not received any support. I am absolutely mollified by the lack of customer support.

    My husband and I moved to Denver from Michigan in August, and after the first mountain drive in the snow, we decided we were trading in our front wheel drive car for something all or 4-wheel drive. We decided to look at a new Seltos, drove it and liked it but didn't have all the options we were looking for. Our salesman, Kaleb Dozier, suggested we look at a Sportage and had one in mind, we drove that, loved the look, ride, and it had all the features we wanted, plus a few. With that decided Jim Mullins, Mike in finance and Kaleb all went to work on numbers for trade-in, down payment, and financing. It took a few tries to get the numbers where everyone was comfortable, but they did an AMAZING job for us! Neither me or my husband intended on buying a vehicle today, but we actually drove it home after 6 hours at the lot. Top notch experience with friendly, professional service. Very satisfied customers!

    Today I went in to Arapahoe Kia and leased a Kia K5 with Mickay Acosta as our salesman. The amount of energy and work Mickay put into our deal was incredible. Not only was he thorough with every inch of the process but he also made sure we were comfortable the entire time. We are a military family that was stationed in South Korea and had been in contact with Mickay for a few months prior while in transition to Buckley AFB. He was aware of who we were the second he saw us and stayed completely professional during the duration of our time in the dealership. I cannot recommend him as a salesmen enough. The dealership as a whole is extremely clean and very cozy. Super friendly people all around and they are truly there to get you what you need and in a quick manner as to not waste your time at all. They are detailed and thoroughly explain every detail on the sale to you. I can go on and on about my experience and the people there, but you have to see for yourself.     This dealer will lie, cheat and steal to get you into a car and out of your money. I would advise purchasing your car somewhere else. They made a deal to pay off my car but didn't get in funded on the new loan in a timely manner and wouldn't pay off my old loan until they were paid which caused me to make extra car payment on my old loan to avoid being late and taking a credit hit. Which according to them is all my own fault. Refer to my first sentence. p.s the salesman was good its management you need to look out for.

    I gotta heap some praise on Arapahoe Kia. In this tight market, I was trying to run down a Kia Telluride, however, these highly coveted vehicles proved to be too elusive and I resultantly figured I would have to just go with a 2nd or 3rd choice. Georgia Gallagher, the Internet Manager, came to the rescue and was able to line me up a Telluride that would be available in Mar. All I had to do was put down a deposit and wait. Unfortunatley, my situation changed and I was in need of a vehicle immediately and I am thinking, oh great, it is going to be impossible to get my deposit back, even though they told me it was refundable. Well, to my surprise, Joel and Georgia were right on top of it and refunded my deposit without any hassle. That is some great customer service and a dealer I can trust. They were both very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Whenever the market gets back to some sense of normalcy, I plan on going to Arapahoe Kia and finally ordering my Telluride.     This place is fantastic! Cedric did a great job and the whole buying process was very smooth from the start. Test driving on our own made the overall experience a lot better as well, it really gave us a way to truly get a feel for the vehicle without it feeling pushy. 10/10 would recommend!

    The fact that I did not purchase from these folks should not deter you. My reasons for purchasing elsewhere were not my own. Austin Hawthorn is an amazingly attentive and accommodating person. I found him to be quit knowledgeable, congenial and helpful. If you are looking for a good used vehicle, I highly recommend the staff there at Arapahoe Kia, most especially Austin Hawthorn

    joe was amazing and took care of me. all the other dealerships I looked at were just in a hurry to get me in. I was sick when I first started looking and joe was patient and answered all my questions and helped me find a great car. he made me feel comfortable and find a good choice as this was my first car purchase!!     My wife and I went into Kia because they have always taken care of me and my family. Every time we’ve went there it has been a great experience. Recently, about 4-5 months ago, my wife and I went there and nobody really provided great service. I kid you not, we decided to leave a few moments after being there. It didn’t really feel welcoming. Nonetheless we gave it another shot because There was a vehicle we were interested in and we needed more room for our family. We ended up speaking to Cedric Shambee. And I kid you not, he really turned our straight faces into a smile. He was down to earth, transparent, spoke positively, was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his job. When my wife and I thought about getting a bigger vehicle and we found another deal for a vehicle elsewhere. But Cedric gave us more beneficial information about purchasing through Kia. And to make matters better, he didn’t stop us from leaving the dealership and coming back. There was no purchasing pressure from Cedric Shambee at all. It was because of his customer service that we came back. He showed us the ins-and-outs about the vehicle we purchased and even took a picture with us in front of our new vehicle and sent it to us. Because of Cedric Shambee’s customer service, my family and I have chosen the vehicle at Kia. I HIGHLY recommend this Kia location and Cedric Shambee.     Offered us nice end of year incentives but they wouldn't give us a firm price and they didn't have any manuals to test drive. The Soul isn't quite what we're looking for. They were super nice and not pushy AT ALL —seriously no pressure— but they must still be trying to clear inventory (it's late January now) because someone keeps calling and leaving messages. It's actually verging on harassment at this point.

    I would have given them 5 stars but im still waiting to hear about the promised fixes, the older front desk secretary was rude when I called at the bank to ask about the cashier check and I was told that the gas tank would be filled but they didn't fill it completely. Have never left a dealership with a purchased vechile without a full tank. Seems a little cheap but not enough to ruin the experience. I bought a used car from them. Experience was great, everything from the sales team to finance. I would recommend them.

    I had questions after the sale and the man who sold me my car, the used car Sales MANAGER, never returned my calls, not did The young sales man that assisted him. The Manager never followed through on a commitment he made to me. There mottos are Service after the sale AND We Treat You Like Family. NOT. Even the GM did Not all me back. I would NOT buy there because if they cannot have the courtesy to follow through and answer your questions, clearly your business dies not matter to them.

    We bought a car from them and not 10 minutes off the lot I got a flat tire while on the interstate. When I called them to address this, they did not ask if I was ok, or if I was safe. They asked if I had run something over to assess their liability. They then took more than an hour to send help. All this from a manager! Then when I objected to this treatment that manager started yelling at me and saying how I had inconvenienced them on their busiest day by having them send someone to fix the tire that was their responsibility! The salesman and the gentleman in service department were great, the manager was terrible!

    I called numerous times for weeks to inquire about a car. No one calls back. If they cant return a call for a sale I cant imagine trying to get a problem resolved

    Terrible Experience, buy anywhere but here. I was initially excited to do business here, specifically with Jake who appeared to be a smart great guy. They sold my car to someone else who paid more and didn't communicate with me at all throughout the process. The new car came with grease stains and they refused to detail / resolve. Of course there was no follow up after i presented the issue except what was initiated by me. I went there because they appeared to have the best deal however the time and energy I've spent on this I would have rather paid more elsewhere. Also this place seems to be very hierarchal. My salesman Jake couldn't do anything without multiple levels of approval which never happened and he never followed up on. Unless you're buying a car you're looking at that day do not go here.....

    Very sad experience here. My girlfriend had her car stolen so when the police found it we sent it here. Felt like we were in good hands, the service team seemed on top of it. Mark was our guy. Never had a car stolen so wasn’t sure about the process. They sent us an email through their new auto live system about what they were going to fix. My girlfriend is a school teacher and had a lot on her plate with the car being stolen and so she scrolled through approved it assuming that it was what the insurance company would be paying to fix. Unfortunately, there was no information about what insurance would be covering and what was additional to them. To say the least, it was an incredibly misleading email that included $1000 in additional maintenance all together with the insurance coverage. Our insurance guy says that some certain service members add lots of “recommendations” without drawing a clear line between what insurance covers and what is additional. The Kia team was upset that I even brought up what our insurance guy said but our insurance guy literally did not have a way to add the extra stuff to our claim. We now have to pay $1000 over what insurance gave us and our deductible is $500. With myself paying my way through school and my girlfriend being a school teacher, money is not exactly laying around so this has brought a great deal of stress to us both. They don’t like to hear it but our insurance agent said there are plenty of mechanics who know that they are working with insurance and make it clear to their customers what will be covered by insurance and what would be additional. Kia Arapahoes idea of that was to send them all together in a misleading email and have no verbal communication about what was additional maintenance. I am just thoroughly disappointed in the process that Mark chose to use with us. Be up front. Be real. Don’t rely on a new email system to make $1,000 worth of labor services happen and then get snappy with me about how “everyone is switching to this system so there is nothing we can do about it”. Can’t help feeling like they found an opportunity to take advantage of my girlfriend because of her lack of knowledge on the topic. If your car is stolen, please watch out for their misleading email process resulting in a massive payout by you. The process of a stolen car is so stressful and unfair already that having to read the fine print so you don’t get screwed over is not worth it. Go somewhere you can trust them to be fair, upfront, and understand your needs. That was not the case with Mark G at Arapahoe Kia. Again, from my research, most mechanics understand you just want your car returned to normal and will not try and up sell you on additional things without a completely separate conversation from what “has” to be done. Very bad experience and hope no one else has to go through this.

    Worst car purchase experience ever. Ran my credit more times than asked. Un- informed salesmen, with no pride in what they do. Non communicative service team. After waiting 2 weeks for service for a minor oil leak. I was turned away at the counter stating they did not have the parts or desire to fix the issues. Service team told me specifically to go somewhere else.

    Top Notch Service! I cannot say enough about our experience at Arapahoe Kia! This was our 2nd purchase in 10 months there and we will continue to go back and refer everyone we know! We purchased a 2022 Seltos with Eric Mattison and I’ve never enjoyed talking to or working with a salesman more! What a knowledgeable, patient and good person! We started the process with Goslyn Mosley but was not able to finish with him due to the day and time we came back but I’m 100% certain we would have enjoyed our purchase just as much - such a nice kind person. Even though we kept him past closing he was willing to work with us no matter how long! Then they added in an amazing manager, Scott Wilbers, who brought it all full circle. Thank you to this amazing team for helping us purchase an amazing and beautiful new Seltos! I’ve never looked better on the road!

    I stopped in with my son to look at a car his friend told him about. I was NOT looking to buy a car. After test driving a 2021 Telluride, I fell in love with it.     My husband and I called ahead and we were meant out side with the type of vehicle we were interested in and wanted to find out if my current lift would fit on the door for me to get in unfortunately it didn't fit so my husband went on a test drive the sales man was very attentive and made sure I didn't need anything while my husband was gone when my husband come back he was admit on purchasing the 2021 Telluride the sales men went out of his was way to get the measurements that we needed for the multi left and sat down with us and went through all our options for our new vehicle and how long it would take to get it in luckily it well be ready at the same time as my lift I would highly recommend Arapahoe Kia to everyone
