This branch is an absolute joke. The entire system of banking is designed to charge the customer every possible fee it can. The app, and in person banking is ridiculous. The app shows one amount, in person it shows something different and no one can actually help with legitimate issues with an account. I was refused the ability to close my checking and savings account, due to one pending transaction that had already been rejected. The employees were so incompetent that they had to call another branch in Fort Smith to figure anything out, which still amounted to nothing at all. I am beside myself with an utter lack of customer service, not to mention the fact that no one seems to understand how to do anything with their system, other than charge fees, even though an account has enough funds. Do yourself a favor and never use this credit union. This place single handedly cemented that I will never use a other credit union for my finances. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Scott Brownell is an ultra salesman for sure, they're amazing at over promising and under delivering unfortunately. They said they could do the 0.99% vehicle loan they advertise everywhere for business vehicles. Got them all the business paperwork, waited for months and months, finally they admitted they can't and the rates would be higher than promised. JR Morris is the worst of them all unfortunately, after all the hours of work and waiting months and months he said he won't do it. Don't waste your time, just go anywhere else. Tried to support small and local but I guess that's a bad move

Quick and easy processing of an auto loan recently. Cindy and her team are very helpful and caring. Would highly recommend visiting this branch in Rogers.

The only reason they received a 1 star is because 0 stars was not an option! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND AVOID AFCU LIKE THE PLAGUE! I received an email from them saying that a document they sent me had been returned by the post office and I needed to send them a utility statement to prove I still live at the same address I’ve lived at the entire life of my loan. I called and told them that nothing had changed on my end. I also let them know it’s also the same address that my insurance and property taxes are paid for out of escrow. I still had to submit something proving I had not moved. To make it worse, they charged me a fee for the return to sender mail that was returned, which was no fault of ours.

The employees are all very nice and friendly, but the branch manager (Scott Brownell) does not return phone calls. They will not allow customers to invest in T-Bills or Savings Bonds from the federal government. They recommended that we use another institution. Other credit unions and banks have no problem with this. I'd guess that they want you to only invest with their broker that sends out advertisements. Forced us to open an account elsewhere. We use Arvest Bank and Navy Federal Credit Union with no problems.

We have been wowed by the personal service given to us by Myrna Figueroa throughout our preapproval and loan application all the way to closing on our new home. She was all about giving understandable information, practical assistance and patient guidance along the way. She was kind and so very friendly. We truly feel she transformed what would have been stressful, in to a fun and very happy experience!!! Thank you Myrna!!!

I recently loaned a fairly large amount of money to a supposedly friend which of course left me without money to pay my bills, plus left my bank account with several overages and cost me a good amount of money as well as my account is delinquent now. To make things short I spoke with the bank and asked if I could deposit money could they please keep my account open and I would pay the balance in full by September 9th at which time of this post the account is still open, and I did pay what I told them I would. To me this is an incredible service and I appreciate it beyond words and appreciate all they have extended me. They did not have to help me and I cannot thank them enough for giving me the opportunity to make things right....

I've had more problems with them in a year than my normal bank in a decade. Loan payments disappear, then I have to sit on the phone and argue with them for hours on end to receive credit for my payment. When they updated their website, they "corrected my misspelled name", which was actually spelled correctly, thus locking me out of the website for a few weeks until they were able to fix it. They look at you spitefully when you walk in the branch, as if they don't want you to be there. I would avoid them if at all possible. Sure, they offer the lowest rates on auto loans, but they're able to do that by not providing worthwhile customer service.
