I came here because I was looking to repair my credit as well as get a reliable car with low miles. If you are into that, then this would be the place.

I’m having to update my review a year later only because the purpose of me purchasing my Honda Civic from these guys was to add points on my credit!! I made bi weekly payments which was tough!! But I made all payments on time and some early! I actually paid off my car roughly 4 months early! My credit updated by a lot due to that and then I noticed it was removed then added then removed again which is affected me in a so many ways. I’ve called the company 4 times and was informed that they were having issues with their system and that this has happened to a numerous amount of their customers! I was asked if they could email me a letter confirming I made all my payments on time ….? Like come on I don’t need a note I need this to reflect on my credit I feel this place simply puts you in a car then continuously call you before the payment is even due and then cheat you out your points on your CREDIT in the end!!!! Complete rip off if you ask me and almost a year later still no reflection that I even paid off the car!! I’m completely disappointed because my Salesman JD was so nice made the purchase smooth and fun and Guaranteed me this would help my credit! Which it did then they took the credit points which put me back at square one! Completely upsetting! And to think I’ve referred so many ppl who I’m so sorry I referred because in the end what was the point of this especially if you’re trying to improve your credit

Ted was great I only spent 3 hours for the entire process and I drove off the lot same day. Financing team really works with you and gets you approved! Also helped with insurance to save time for me having to call around for quotes and the insurance price was well within budget. Definitely would recommend!

Absolutely terrible service. They know how to draw you in, but as soon as something goes wrong with the car, they act like they want no dealings with you! Believe the bad reviews! They encourage you to leave a positive review initially to seem like they are a good legitimate business. They are not! They do not disclose all details! If you want to buy a car with problems for them to ignore you, then by all means, buy here.

Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. I purchased my car in March of 2019. I have been paying on my car for almost 2 years. I have never missed a payment solely due to the fact of my credit. On November 8th my credit report reported an alert that the Auto Finance Center also known as RRD Financial closed and removed my account. Meaning my credit dropped 79 points. Even though I'm still paying on my car bi-weekly. I called and spoke with Nerfettie Ellis-Jordan- manager who stated they have no ETA on resolving this issue for the 2400 customers affected. I’m devastated as I WAS currently in the process of buying a house. I called the credit- Equifax who has no records of me even paying a dime on my car. I asked Jordan-manager what they would be doing for customers. She stated resolving the credit issue which won’t even guarantee our scores be fixed. She expressed no remorse. Of course any customer would be upset with this. I told her that I didn’t want my car payment being taken out until the issue was resolved. She said “ your still driving the car right”. Even though I’ve never missed a payment on this car. Basically this company will screw you in the end. Will say the salesperson who originally sold the car JD was great. It’s the company that you don’t want to work with. In the end of this entire conversation with Jordan, she actually disconnected the call. I’m not requesting anything except for my credit report to be resolved. This may not be a big deal to many but a credit score runs your entire life. If I had the 5000 to go ahead and pay my car off completely I would.

I can't honestly give them any stars..I had to get a ride to go up to Charlotte...I was lied to about the down payment..I was told one thing and told they didn't have the inventory for 999 down..but parking lot was full of cars..they made me feel like they couldn't be bothered with me

Less than a month in here are the problems I have : breaks, tires, headlights , gear shifter, transmission is all the way gone , engine is gone , axle came completely off the car , head gasket needs to be replaced . And they want to do nothing about it . So I will be getting a lawyer NEVER buy a car from them ... go to a well known dealership

The most painless car buying experience I’ve ever had! I bought my 2018 Camry LE a couple weeks ago from a sales rep here named Julie. I had a great experience! My car only had 17,000 miles on it and after getting it checked and serviced at the Toyota dealership I’ve found that it is in perfect condition. Julie was super helpful, the process was quick and easy and I walked out of there with a much nicer vehicle than I expected to with the limited funds I had to put down. Would definitely recommend! Ask for Julie.. She’s the bomb!

I'd like to rescind my previous review. I urge everyone NOT to use this company. The tires and the starter on our vehicle had to be replaced after only 4 months (both outside the warranty period). Additionally, this business finances their cars using a company called RRD Financial to help "build your credit". Malarkey! This finance company charges 23%+ interest (which is standard if your credit is bad) However, their staff is rude, unprofessional, and a general leech on society. Therefore, any business who directs their customers/clients to such a lender should not be trusted.

JD has sold me and my brother cars.. this is my second car from him..He has not only made my car buying experience AMAZING!! He also educated me on the importance of credit, how to build and maintain it as well.. He goes over and beyond buying the car.. He honestly cares about us y’all!! Please GO SEE HIM FOR YOUR CAR!!!

Updated review after I finally sold my car (salesman wrote a 5 star review for me right after purchase) avoid this dealership, they are nice with you during the car buying process and after that customer service is pretty bad. They sold me a car with a bad front bumper, went to their mechanic 2 saturdays in a row (they sent me there) and the lead mechanic "wasnt there" both times. A week later called and asked about bumper replacement again and was told I need to pay a $1000 deductible. During the beginning of covid I was laid off and informed them I would miss some payments and even told them my last 250 needed to go to groceries, 2 missed payments and my car was repossessed. Got it back, a year later i started making online payments, the online payments didnt include the $50 insurance im charged each payment for having liability. So those stacked up $50 payments caused my car to be repossessed again. Sold my car as they didnt deserve my business anymore. So glad I dont have anything to do with this scammership. Oops i mean dealership. Buy elsewhere. -5 stars. ( also noticed any time somebody mentions the name of a salesman, they claim that that salesman doesnt exist). Pathetic

Mr. Tim is the bomb.com. I waited a few days to write a review just to make sure the car was good. He even came and got me from my house and made sure I was driving home. The twins were also cool. I’ve only had the car a few months and ready to get rid of it. They didn’t service the car before selling it. The brakes were squeaking. There was absolutely no oil in the car and the car starts when it wants to. I’ve been stranded a few times already. But customer service calls you immediately after opening on your due date to collect payment. I wasn’t even late. I wish I’ve known then what I know now. I don’t recommend

Definitely give Auto Finance 5+ starts for the outstanding customer service my boyfriend and I received this past weekend! I was in need of a vehicle and although I’ve done my research on some buy here pay here places, what settled me on this place was when my boyfriend and I ran into JD! We were originally sent there from a different dealership who had referred us to someone by the name of Julie. However something gravitated us more to JD and we spend pretty much the remainder of the day working with him to find the best vehicle that would fit our circumstances. Not only did he find us the best vehicle but the education behind the purchase as well as going into buying a vehicle in general is what sold us on getting the car! JD took his time to educate us on the pros and cons of what to expect from purchasing the vehicle; something I’ve never experienced from any dealership even the more traditional ones. He made us feel like he wasn’t just trying to sell us a car but he was trying to make sure that we knew what to expect going forward when looking for the right car for us. He was so helpful I would recommend coming to auto finance and working with JD !!! Ask for JD !!

Well I will say this ... I bought a car from this place in September 2017, finance the car for 3 years supposedly, anyway that’s what my contract I signed stated. I never been late a payment and when I thought I was finally going to be payment free in September 2020 they stated my car wasn’t going to be paid off until January 2021 they stated I had refinance my car which wasn’t true at all. So I continue to make payments for the last four months even though someone forged this contract with my signature and dates. I’ve turned the situation over to the attorney general and they said they can’t get in touch with this company ,which it is no surprise. I just wanted to know where my payments that I have paid from September 2017 until December 2017, they could never explain anything to me. I have my contract that I signed in September 2017 but they say they wasn’t acknowledging that contract that original signed. Now the car is paid off today so now I’m going to have to file a small claim on this company for stealing money from me. I can say that if anyone that has bought a car from these people in 2017 check your contracts cause I promise you they have taken your money and hasn’t but it on your car payments. They truly have good cars it’s the consumer service and it takes them forever to get back with you and they will cheat you out your money, I’m glad I’m done with this now I’m going to get the courts involved and get my 1507 back lol. Follow up 3/10/21 still haven’t heard from this company about this situation. Paid on time and never messed a payment and it’s not showing up on my credit. Definitely filing a small claim today will keep you posted

Whenever everyone else said no, JD came through, and looked out. Only really having 1200 to my name I drove away in a 2011 Honda Accord. I’m so grateful, He was patient and straight up, literally the easiest car buying experience I’ve had.

Adam was great. My wife and I stopped in due to hearing that this dealership worked with people who had past credit problems since we needed a car immediately. Our only vehicle just died the day before and we needed transportation quickly but didn’t have a lot to put down. They lived up to the “$995 and drive” slogan. Adam recommended a 2008 Honda Civic that they just got in and within a few hours we closed on it with a total $1000 out of pocket. Highly recommend for those who had trouble elsewhere or just don’t want to deal with the hassles or trying to buy and finance with less than perfect credit.

I recently lost my vehicle due to unexpected life events. I was sad, embarrassed, and nervous as if I’d be approved with not so great credit. Been paying on a car since February that sits in the mechanic shop more than it is in my possession 3 engines later and an 18k contract for an 07 lemon that can’t seem to stay on the road and its once again broken in the driveway and stuck commuting to work with $500 payments the 6,000 mile warranty is trash don’t waste your time if I could give zero stars I would

The vehicle I purchased had a ton of problems. I had to take it back to their mechanics shop every week for 3 months. When I was laid off during covid, I was rejected for a deferment even though I provided proof of being laid off. So then I got behind on my payments. When I was almost caught up and able to make payments I missed a payment by 1 day. They towed my car and told me I needed to pay the full amount owed which was 7k. Through out this whole ordeal, I was treated very badly over the phone when I would call in to make payments. They didn't even consider helping me financially through COVID or even after I had lost my job, or got covid myself. UPDATE- 6 months later I'm getting a notice from NC Turnpike Authorities saying I owe a bill. Apparently my tag was never turned in to the DMV after being repo'ed and someone is using my tag. A bunch of crooks this place is!

JD, our salesman and Karessa the finance manager was super nice, professional and on point! Not only did we get the car we wanted, the down payment was super low and monthly payments was affordable. The process was seamless: we walked in and drove off a couple of hours later. We shopped at a lot of dealerships and this one was the best by far and you get a free 6 mo warranty!
