Avidia Bank Lancaster St, Leominster

A few days ago my husband George Clem stopped at Avidia Bank on Lancaster Street in Leominster. He got his usual very warm welcome, including from the Branch Manager. He had previously told Nicole and Ryan that he was looking for Eisenhower Silver Dollars for our grandchildren. He knew they were very hard to find. As soon as he came into the bank, they held up the coin. They had saved it for a while and knew he'd be in. They never cease to amaze him. We would recommend them and Avidia to anyone.

We live a few towns North but will NOT change banks OR locations. Worth the drive! The entire team there especially Ryan and Brandy are amazing. Always friendly and they truly are there to help in any way they can. We LOVE Avidia Bank. But we really love this location!

While I do most of my banking online, going in to set up my accounts was easy and fast, and the staff is very friendly. I also appreciate the People Pay option on the site/app - it's faster and more convenient than using something like Paypal.

Ryan is super helpful and informative. He’s quick with my transactions and will answer any questions I have about setting up savings accounts for my daughters. I always make sure to go to him if he’s available to help.

This branch at 470 Lancaster street is so helpful. Donna specifically has been a blessing! I have stayed at this bank for so long mostly for Donna! If I have any questions or issues she resolves it every time, quickly too!

Avidia bank has the best customer service of any place that I do business, bank or otherwise. Anytime I've had a request, a question or a problem, it is addressed, answered or resolved immediately, or at worst, quickly. If I call Avidia I get my branch. A person actually answers the phone and that person is someone I know from the branch. If I go into the branch I know them, they know me and I'm in and out in no time. They even go out of their way to accommodate my 3 year old when he comes in with me, by bringing him a toy from the treasure chest. I bank at the Avidia branch in Leominster and recently needed copies of 10 cancelled checks front and back. I couldn't figure out how to do it online so I went into the branch to ask how to do it. Ryan offered to do it for me and email them to me, which I thought was great. I left the branch, walked back to my office and when I logged back on to my computer there it was sitting in my email. I had hoped he would have the opportunity to send it to me within 24 hours and he had it to me within minutes! My expectations were beyond exceeded. And while this may not be typical at other places I do business with, it is common practice at Avidia I will not bank anywhere else but Avidia. Thank you for making the banking portion of running my business so easy.

Always very friendly. I’m not in often but they know me by name. As a small business owner, I like how they are local and support local. They might not be able to offer what the big banks can in terms of rates and services but then again I believe Avidia is about the little people...us...and supporting the local community. This scores big points in my book!

great small town feel. staff is wonderful and excellent banking value. wish all banks were like Avidia especially the Leominster branch.
