All went well, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable service advisor, Kimberly. A shuttle ride was provided to take me to my office. I was contacted promptly when the work was finished, and the shuttle was sent to pick me up to return to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. Everything was done. It was a very satisfying experience.

Our salesman, David Chagnon, was supremely helpful in getting me locked into my purchase. Most of the process, normally handled over hours in the dealership, was handled by David before I stepped foot on the lot. He was extremely response to my questions and was very pleasant to work with. My experience was quick and seamless.

The woman (maybe Debbie?) in the service department answering the phones needs a new career. Extremely rude and just lazy! Did not want to help me. Would do anything to get me off the phone when my 2017 Corvette is not safe to drive. Thankful that I never gave them my business. Cya!

I cannot begin to say enough good things about the People and my experience working with the team at Barlow Chevrolet. I first met Dave in sales when I stopped in to talk with him about my current Chevrolet Bolt that had a recall on it. Due to supply chain challenges GM corp was not able to complete the recall repair, but offered to replace with another GM product. Therefore, I went to Burlington Chevrolet, where I had purchased the Chevy Bolt from, but they were unable to assist me. I then heard about Barlow from my neighbor and went there. They were very nice from the onset and worked diligently with GM to secure my replacement car asap for me. I will also add that GM Corp was more than fair in providing my replacement car to me. While working with Barlow, I was also very impressed to learn that they were not marking up any of their cars/trucks above MSRP or adding any gimmick fees. All of the people at Barlow were genuine and nice people whom I enjoyed chatting with when I would stop in to check the build status of my order. I buy cars often as I have a few small businesses and I will certainly be back to Barlow! In-fact I have already placed a reservation for the EV Silverado and selected Barlow as my dealer of choice. The most important thing is that you can trust everyone there, from the Salesperson, to the Service Department and right down to the person delivering your vehicle if needed! The customer always comes first and they are dealt with right away for any type of emergency that may occur. took a little longer to get my truck serviced but that's more due to the size of my truck and needing a larger lift to be able to lift it. The team was great though and everyone is super pleasant.

I recieved an email from Chevy stating I could upgrade our 2019 leased Blazer and actually have lower monthly payments ( with $2500 @ signing ). When I got to the dealership they said they could do what was said in the email. What I wasn't told was that trim package LT2 WAS ACTUALLY A DOWNGRADE to LT1. I 'm not verry happy with how this was handled.

What makes me upset is that you scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 8 am and they don't start working on your vehicle till 2:30 in the afternoon, I expected my vehicle would be done by at least noon time. What a wasted day.

I had a flat tire, i brought it in for a flat tire. I made an appointment that was at 930am, after several phone calls and hours, i was told the dealership closed at 430 and they would try to get to it, i sat in the waiting area for another hour, and then my tire was fixed. I definitely will not be back here; or refer anyone here, pep boys would have had my tire replaced in a half hour flat. You guys literally had my car all day, and it still wasn’t done… i will take my service and business to a different establishment who understands time is precious, and mines shouldn’t be monopolized, a 930 am appointment was still not done at 5 pm! Logically not sure how that even makes sense

Service department is horrible. Last 2 visits car has been there for more than 2.5 months of the summer. If a didn’t start calling it would sit another 2 months this second time you dropped car off June 25 and still do not have it back as of August 19th. Received car back with damage first time I picked it up and mechanical problem still existed also. I am sure it will still exist when I pick it up this time also as the Corvette is known for the transmission converter issue. I hate to give a business a bad review and would not if it was just one experience. A 1 star is even generous with the experiences I have had this summer with Barlow Service Department. There are so many more parts to it and how many times they dropped the ball with not calling or following through. I am sure many people have had good experiences also and I understand having one also at a company but two in a row and letting my car sit so long before touching it both times and returning it damaged and the same issue occurring it was dropped off for would be frustrating to anyone. Then talking to customer service and they are not the least bit apologetic or accepting any blame l. Hopefully management or ownership will clean up the service department division.

First time Chevrolet customer. I come from the Lincoln family (20 years) and I had one of my best car buying experiences. Michael Boyd was a key player to make this happen. His professionalism was 10 starts. Friendly, respectful, patient and above all understandable of my situation. I would never thought that I would be a Chevy owner and here I am. This experience will go down on my books. Transaction was done over the phone and emails, o hassle, no worries. I would definitely buy another car from this dealer. Another key player was Mario Sandoval. He was also part of the deal and he was the nicest.

Great staff, easy going, low key but thorough. I had a bad experience however. My new truck was less than 24 hours old and i had to bring it in for maintenance. At first I was thinking LEMON LAW here we come but i gave your service staff an opportunity to turn an ugly situation into a win-win. They came through and i got my new truck back today. My initial check in and check out experience was excellent. Joan Evan was very cordial, possesses has a very pleasant personality and very professional. She took time to explain the work that was completed on my Chevy Express Van and also explain the followup work that will be needed once the part is order and I will be notified once it arrives at the shop. Although the shop was very busy it did not affect her mannerism at all.

I represent a local business. In fact, less than 5 miles away. We took in a BRAND NEW truck (4k miles) for a regular oil change. We had 0 damage to any part of the outside body of our truck. They returned our truck with the back bumper completely bent and caved in. In fact, the bumper now kisses the license plate. We were rightfully upset when it happened and asked management if they can review their cameras. Apparently, they have none. So when you leave your vehicles in BARLOW ISUZU, do not expect to have your vehicle protected. This was done 3 months ago. Since then, I have been given the run around from their manager in the office and in the shop. Now they refuse to take my phone calls. This is completely unprofessional and something that must be warned to all prospective customers. STAY AWAY

Brought my Silverado in for a brake service as well as oil change. Brakes were completed in a timely manner, was told my oil would be changed the next morning. Called at noon to find out the oil had not been done yet. I told them no problem I will make another appointment I needed to pick up my vehicle by 1pm. When I arrived at one I was told the truck was on the lift and they’d be finished with the oil change shortly. I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes before going back in the see what the issue was. I spoke with mike, who I was dealing with the entire time. I again told him if they didn’t start the oil change to not worry about it I will make another appointment I just needed my vehicle now. He said the technician was finishing up with it now, he just had to put the oil in. I went back out and waited another 45 minutes before coming back inside to check the status. At this point I was furious as I was now 1.5 hours late to where I needed to be. The service writer mike lied to me multiple times about the status of my truck through out my experience. I will not be coming back to Barlow service department.

They do such an outstanding job!! The owners son Ed III, and Dave the Salesman were so friendly, and helpful. The finance team did an awesome job having everything prepared for me so I could be in and out In 30min. The buying process couldn’t have been any easier. Dave not only delivered the vehicle to our home but also spent over an hour with my wife showing her the new vehicle and all the features. The root cause of the challenge with my car over the past 5 months has been GM, not Barlow, but Barlow has also been the cause of some of my challenges. On 12/13/2021 I took the shop foreman for a spin to demonstrate how my car (purchased on 09/18/2021) had trouble going into gear. I was not able to get a service appointment until 12/27. On 12/29 the tech reported that there was no issue. I went in the same day to take the tech for a spin, and within 30 seconds we both confirmed that 3rd gear made the entire car shudder, leading me to wonder how the tech concluded there was no issue. Barlow continue to work the case, replacing defective synchronizer gears and clutch plate. This work continued until 02/23/2022! When I picked up the car, I took the tech for a spin to make sure all was well, and within 30 seconds we both confirmed that the car would not go into 4th gear. According to the tech, he did not drive the car through all of its gears, so did not catch that prior to my picking the car up. At that point, Barlow worked with GM to order a new transmission. The transmission did not arrive until 05/02! It took nearly 2 weeks to install it, until I finally picked up what appears to be a fixed car on 05/12. I am glad to have the car back, but, to be honest, my confidence in GM and Barlow has been fatally wounded.

I am so disappointed with the customer service that I have received from the parts and body shop. I have never in my entire life experience this in any other place. I have been directly lied to over and over by the parts and body shop. I purchased parts there and got them installed there thinking it was the best way to get things done. I have learned my lesson. I will never again shop here and never recommend anyone to this place. I had to put 1 star to place a review but they don’t even deserve the 1 star.

We have taken our cars here multiple times to be fixed , they took our money and handed me back a car that was in the same condition as I left it. They won't give me a warranty on their work. My truck also had dings and chipped paint that was NOT like that when i left the car. They are extremely rude. We also have a company account and have purchased DOZENS of trucks , we will be taking our business elsewhere. Dont waste your time or money at Barlow .

Place is a joke, not only working here, but also to get your car fixed, i was working here at barlow chevy delran, and while here my gmc broke, needed a transmission, got it, and a hefty bill. They dont care about there employees thats for sure.

Had a great experience. Finding a RWD Silverado in these times is tough, but they had one (really three clones) of what I was looking for. My sales person, Joe, was great and made sure everything was done with as little inconvenience to me as possible. I just wish I lived closer for service - Long Island is quite the haul.

Had a very good experience with Barlow. Picked up a new Colorado. No wasted time. Came in talked about things, test drove one. I didn't really care for certain things. Ordered a different one. Came back, took that one for a drive and really liked it. Ran the numbers. Picked it up the following Monday with less than 10 min in paperwork. Very good experience.

I needed an oil change +, visited Barlow Chevrolet in Delran, N. J. for service. I had over 22,000 points to spend before expiration, service advisor Joan Evans took the time to help me utilize the points to get the most value for the points. I am a local business owner in Burlington County. I was interested in purchasing a new truck to upgrade one of my vehicles. When I walked into the showroom no one showed much interest. The one who was gestured to by his boss to address us never even got out of his chair. We decided to go to a different dealer where they showed the level of professionalism I give to my customers. I was in for an oil on 7/20 and needed additional work done. I was told that a loaner car would not be available until 8/10 so I scheduled for 8/10. When I arrived there was no loaner reserved for me which cause me to have to pay to get to and from work for 2 days and a cancellation fee from a medical appointment. Outside of that issue I appreciate Kim, Joan, and the mechanics working in extreme work conditions. I mentioned my extended warranty to Joan and she looked into the repair and found that the repair was covered under the manufacture warranty which I was grateful. My car was initially brought in to be serviced over a month ago, but was unable to have it completed due to the shortage of microchips. Representative Joan did everything she could in the meantime to try appeasing the situation (loaner, contact, shuttle service, etc). Once the chip came in, the true problem was discovered. The service was completed in two days and I am back on the road comfortably again. I did notice the same night I got my car back my right reversing light was inoperable. I am unsure if that is part of the multipoint inspection or not. Other than that, I am pleased with the service I received.

I had my car in for an oil change ,tire rotation and a recall. The recall was to take longer than expected so I was given a very nice loaner car to use while it was being repaired. Friendly ,courteous staff.

I have been treated so awesome at Barlow Service that I've decided to purchase my new car here. My Equinox had an engine issues that were the fault of a manufacturing defect and the people in the Service Department have gone above and beyond to help me get my vehicle fixed under warranty. From Steve Bridge, who helped me with the repair costs before a Judge approved a class action for the repairs, to Joan Evans who constantly went above and beyond to get my car fixed and made sure I had a loaner to drive while I waiting for the extensive repairs to be made. The last issue, Kim had my car put into service immediately when it started to stall while moving. I can't believe I received such great service at a dealership. I won't go anywhere else again for my Chevy needs.
