I applied for The Payroll Protection Program through Biz2Credit. I'm not generally a fan of email chats, so it was great to get my questions answered by an actual human on the phone to help. They made sure I met all the deadlines and qualifications when it came to forgiveness on my loan and processed my paperwork for that as well. I was overwhelm with all the information I found about how to apply to PPP, if my company was eligible for etc. My accountant told me about Biz2Credit and decided to submit an application. The whole process was really easy, fully online and their communication was very quick and direct to the point. My PPP was approved and when was time to apply for the forgiveness, I received alerts from Biz3Credit. I completed the PPP forgiveness form and in a coupe of days it was approved. I never had to contact SBA directly. Biz2Credit did the whole process. It's really easy and secure to work with Biz2Credit. I recommend them.

Difficult to work with. Didn't return support e-mails timely even after the big rush. Wouldn't allow accountants to finish the forgiveness applications we started within their platform unless we paid. I do not recommend.

Biz1Credit processed my PPP loan in 2021. It was a smooth process. Communication was timely and clear. I would use them again if I needed too.

Lots of running around after repeated paperwork, expect no responses to inquiries which can be only handled by email... that is assuming you receive a response in a timely manner. They will not and do not answer any telephone calls period. Personally, I'll never use them again. Then claimed I was eligible for a specific amount than literally diced and sliced it to less than half claiming I only showed one eligible person instead of the 3 (relating to the PPP loan) that I actually have. Other reports read similar to my own in that it is/was a common thing to rip off any company to prevent PPP funding for ridiculous reasons. Only reason I used them in the first place was due to being forced to by my local bank. Had I a choice, it never would have happened and I guarantee never happen again, regardless.

Finally had to email everyone off of a Facebook group email list and my money finally came. On my second loan, never received it but it showed as active undisturbed on the caweb.sba.gov site. Now it says fully cancelled and still can't get an answer as to why

Communication was a major issue. We are still awaiting a returned phone call from over a month ago. I get plenty of calls regarding leaving a review but not about the issues we Are having. They were very helpful in getting the ppp but now that it is time to file for forgiveness, we have so many questions.

I applied at a time where there was a huge influx of applications and the process seemed to take a while and so I questioned if I made the right choice. Once through the bottleneck, we were funded very quickly. Now that it is time to apply for loan forgiveness, Zameer Askari has been very helpful. We were having a problem downloading the required document and Zameer was persistent in making sure it went through.

Ultimately, we were able to get the outcome we hoped for, loan forgiveness. However, that was despite a few bumps in the road. Initially, the system of submitting the information and paperwork needed was very straightforward and simple system to operate. However, when I would reach out about difficult questions or small items on the application I would have a hard time getting a direct answer. It would often take a few weeks to get a proper response because I was not able to contact directly via phone (only email), so then I was afraid we would not meet the deadline. After getting management involved, they sent our application along to someone who specialized with PPP questions. We were able to get everything figured out and submitted on time. At the end of the day we were very happy customers, however, it was not a seamless process. Thank you.

I worked with Biz2Credit on both applying for a PPP loan, and then applying for loan forgiveness. They have a very robust web interface that walked me through all the necessary steps; it clearly outlined the documentation I needed to provide, and visually tracked my progress so that I knew, at a glance, how far along I had gotten and exactly how many steps remained. Because there were so many people going through the same process, it was not possible to talk to someone on the phone to ask if I had done everything properly. I had to trust that their system was guiding me correctly, and trust that the documentation was being reviewed (and that I would be informed if something was wrong or missing). And, indeed, the system must have captured everything because our loan application was approved and the loan funded very, very quickly. Their system knew when it was time for me to apply for forgiveness, and sent out notifications to ensure I wasn't forgetting. When I began the process, I was shocked by how simple it was. I thought for sure I wasn't fully understanding what I needed to do; the simplicity was almost a little scary, because when are things ever just so easy? I delayed submitting the loan forgiveness application while I researched independently to see if it really was that simple. In the end, I decided to once again trust that their website was guiding me correctly, and that was the right decision. Within days of submitting the forgiveness application, I received notification that the PPP loan was forgiven. I am trying to be completely fair in my review having used various platforms for the PPP loan and forgiveness process. Like most of the online platforms, it is irritating not to be able to call and talk with someone about questions that pop up. But the Biz2Credit email support is far more efficient and responsive than most. I also like the their online portal. It gives you the status of every application. And when it was time to file the second PPP forgiveness (the first went through Well Fargo!! I would not recommend them again), we received an email saying the portal was ready to receive the application. We received a direct link to the application where most all of the necessary information was preprinted in the application, unlike some of the other portals. So, if they would just receive phone calls for support, I would give them five stars. So I rate a four only because of that deficiency.

There is zero customer service with this company. Somehow they processed my PPP loan and forgivenes, hence I am giving them 2 stars. But the process was very painful. You can't find anyone to talk to. The number and email address on the portal is bogus. They will repeatedly call and ask for information I have already provided several times. Worst thing is there is no communication, or status update on the process. One has to bite the nails for suspense to reveal at the end.

It has been 3 months going on 4 months and I have yet to be funded. I understand everything is a process but come on it’s about to be 4 months!! My application has been approved since 2/05/2021 and still haven’t been disbursed. This company has caused more harm then good and at this point I feel we need to get a great team of lawyers and make them pay for loss revenue, employees and etc. for the time period that has been beyond SBA time period for disbursement with this lender. Im so thankful for Biz2credit . On my first loan I only applied on the weekend after all the banks had closed their applications. I was referred to them by the SBA. I received a call from Tenzin who quickly did the application for me. He made the process very simple, he clearly told me what I needed and got my loan approved in a few days. I did not have an accountant help me and he said we could do it on our own. The money was in my bank a few days later. On the second loan the information was primarily the same and I received multiple emails to complete the application online, They had most of the information from the prior loan and I needed to do very little. There are a lot of mentions that it was hard to talk to anyone on the phone at this point, that is true, but rememberer it was a pandemic and I can cut them some slack for being a little slower. Apparently many financial institutions were in a similar situation. When I did get Ankit on the phone he was kind, quick and efficient, he stayed on top of the application until it was approved, he even got me 10K more then the first loan due to some changes on my tax return. And great news is they quickly sent out emails when it was time to apply for forgiveness. They simplified the process and both loans have been forgiven. Highly recommend them

i USED BIZ2CREDIT for my second round of PPP Loans in early 2021. The process was seamless and wen through as planned with with quick approval from SBA followed by funding to my bank within 2 days. They also reminded me off the time frame for loaned to released sent me th paper work, sent to SBA and last month got my loan discharged and forgiven by SBA. I had an extremely challenging and frustrating experience with Biz2Credit. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone for assistance and I have emailed and followed up with no response ever! For whatever the reason I did not receive my second draw PPP and it took the company so long to finalize the process that I did not get an opportunity to get the funds I needed elsewhere. Then, the rep who let me know that I was not approved due to insufficient documentation (which was sent over numerous times) had the nerve to tell me in email to not contact them further about the second draw loan. I was offended! Especially since I did every single thing that I was supposed to do get my second draw PPP loan. I know people who are sole proprietors who got their PPP money easily. But for me, a LLC, I had so many challenges and no one was assisting me through it so I just went without. I do not recommend Biz2Credit to anyone and if I could do things differently, I would have chosen to work with my bank.

I worked with Biz2Credit to apply for a PPP loan then again for loan forgiveness. As a small travel business owner, I depend fully on the public wanting to travel. On March 16, 2019, a group of 40 well divas were ready to go to Italy, of all places - the one place that we had been hearing on the news was completely shut down. I had a good experience with this organization during the PPP program. However, the department that handles their business loans was not a good experience. The communication skills of the staff is very poor. Phone skills are very poor. Language barrier bad. Hard to understand. Strong accents. Follow-through was poor and rude responses. Needing access to bank accounts seem fishy and suspicious with all the scams going around. They did not explain themselves very well as to why they needed to have access to my checking account. Overall very unprofessional organization

The application process wasn't hard to complete when applying for the PPP loan but this was something I had never done and to actually talk to someone was impossible. I had to continue sending requested documents, most were sent 2-3 times. I would email to find out status, no reply. Finally I got in touch with someone that did actually get our file moving and everything went smooth from there. It was a long process before we finally got to that point where we could be funded. I do appreciate the PPP loan but really don't think the process had to be so long and drawn out. Getting forgiveness for the PPP did go quick and smooth with no delays.

We applied for a PPP Round 2 loan for our restaurant in March 2021. The application was very organized and easy to fill out. I took about 30 mins to upload all the documents requested by biz2credit.com. The approval process took only two weeks. If we had any questions then everyone at biz2credit.com including Saif Ali Zaidi were more than helpful in providing quick answers. Our CPA firm used Biz2Credit to help many of our clients get PPP loans. Sometimes the process got bogged down and the system was slow, but that's to be expected, especially given how often the SBA was changing the rules. Biz2Credit assigned me an advisor to help with my clients' loans and she was very helpful. They paid out all agent fees timely. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner - Biz2Credit was much easier to work with than my clients' banks.

This company is the slowest to fund and didn’t respond to multiple emails trying to get answers. Good luck finding a phone number to actually talk to someone that can help you. Then they bombard you with spam type emails after you’re done with them. They then will call you multiple times a day wanting you to use them more even after you tell them to pound sand. The funding met my needs but I could have found another source that’s easier to work with and only wants to talk to you to get you to sign up for more funding.

This was my first PPP draw, and it was extremely frustrating not having contact information or the ability to speak directly with someone. Everything was handled online, and after repeated attempts to ask questions, specific to my application, I continued to receive automated responses that redirected me back to the website. After several weeks of this, I received a response from someone that helped push my application through, and yet I only received a small fraction of the amount I believe I was eligible to receive in the end. Overall, grateful to have any funds, but a very disappointing process. Hopefully the forgiveness application goes more smoothly!

Biz2credit was extremely slow in reviewing all my documents submitted when I applied for my first loan. The funds took much longer than expected to be received and dispersed to my employee I was unable to contact anyone via email or by telephone unless they contacted me for more information about my bank or to verify different things needed once the loan was already approved but funds were still not received Then when I applied for my second loan I advise Biz2credit that I was now using a new account and gave them all the information. I was reassured that my funds would be deposited into that new account, When the time came the funds were deposited in the wrong account and because of that there was a hold put on the funds and I had to wait three months just to have access to the second loan. However the process to applying for the forgiveness was fast and earlier than expected and I was actually approved. Over all it started off bad finally I received the first loan I was able to catch up and probably would of seen more profit had I received the second loan to keep investing in my products. So it actually held me back and put even more pressure on my business however I’m happy the first loan was forgiven. Let’s see if I can get my second loan forgiven and possibly receive another one
