The people at Bob Boyte were great from the moment the tow truck dropped off my car. Every person there was pleasant and friendly. The service department got me a loaner car and got right to work on mine. The staff was very welcoming and professional. They listened to what we were needing to do to in order purchase a vehicle and diligently worked for that purchase to happen. I had a smooth and easy car purchase because of the salesman Chris "CB" Browder. I came into the dealership of May 2022 and told Chris the exact vehicle I was looking for unfortunately they didn't have it on the lot but Chris made sure I would get the exact vehicle that I wanted. I put my deposit down and thought the waiting period CB stayed in contact with me and updated me on everything that was going on. Nevertheless, my vehicle arrived in July 2022. CB made sure my car was all detailed and had a full tank of gas. He showed me the tips and tricks of my car and the rest is history!

He goes out of his way to make sure that you're taken care of. I also like the service department. Lewis Younger is my Service Advisor. He is also very kind and takes very good care of me. Kendall Puckett was my Finance Manager. He was very nice. He was patient with me while I chose the term of my contract and purchased the car care plan that was right for me. I don't want to forget Cathie Williams and how welcome she makes you feel. I'm very pleased with Bob Boyte Honda. You will be too.

I have 30k miles on a 2021 AUTOMATIC CRV-I was told that Honda recommended transmission flushes at 30k. Yes they do on standard shift models. Automatic transmissions are not recommended until 90k. I do not appreciate the service departments attempt to swindle money from a female-assuming that I don’t know. If I had been a man would they have made the same suggestion??

I had called to say I had a flat tire and wanted to know if you were open in order to repair this. The service tech that answered the phone was very rude. I asked her name, no reply. So when I came to the business and was talking to another service tech, I told him I had called and the lady that answered was very rude to me. He said that would be Megan. Of course, as I told him with a business of this caliber, Mr. Boyce didn't need someone that didn't know how to talk to customers. I was treated very nicely by the service tech that waited on me. I hated to complain because people do have bad days .. maybe it was one of those days. But thank you for your service .

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The service was faster than they stated. Once they had my car done, I wasn’t rushed out the door. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a Honda.

I went to find a service advisor to see what the hold up was. My advisor wasn’t there so I asked the man that was. My car was ready, had been ready yet no one let me know.

Gregory Scott was the best service advisor I have came across in a long time. He got my daughters CRV and the service technician told him what was going on with it. He Immediately called me with-in 2hrs of dropping my daughters CRV off. To inform me what was going on with it. Not only that he said it would be a while because of some parts are on back order, so he offer to give us a courtesy vehicle. Most dealerships would not even offer that without you asking them.
