I was skeptical at first, everything seems fine. Customer service replies quickly. Process was fast. EDIT: I ran into some problems with my local dealerships as they ghosted both me and the Boro Support Team. But Ana provided excellent customer service and did her best to call and contact the dealership on my behalf. 10/10 Customer experience, Ana (along with the rest of the team) deserves a cookie.

Great place. I'm a college student who had to take out a loan to help pay for my expenses and Boro offered both a fast and easy application process. The repayment plan and interest rate are pretty fair, too. Easily the smartest decision I made all year.

I am a college student so I was not able to get a car loan from anyone else because of my low income. Boro accepted me immediately and were very helpful during the process. The only thing that I did not like about my loan is that they required a very large down payment. Their website says 25%, but it can actually be more than that depending on the specific vehicle you are buying. I am still so happy that I am able to buy my first car!!

All I can say is I found Boro at exactly the right time in my life and they really helped me through a tough financial spot early in my academic career, keep up the good work at the Boro team and thanks again! Great customer service and an easy straightforward approval process.

I am loving my Boro experience. The application process was extremely simple and I was approved in 2 days time. Even when I had questions, I was always able to speak to a customer service representative (usually a woman named Ana) who was patient and resourceful. I would definitely recommend BORO to anyone who needs to take care of a small payment within a little amount of time!!!

If you’re an international student like me you probably know it’s not very easy to find financial help to manage our school bills. Boto helped me pay for my outstanding balance when I finished school. I was asked to demonstrate my ability to pay (I sent my job offer letter at the time) and sent in some of my documents. They approved my request promptly. The pay back is set to come off of my bank account automatically which makes it easy and I don’t have to worry or think about it. Great experience

This is such an amazing opportunity for college students who need a car and want to build there credit. Yes this site is legit, some things that came up like.. the gps and orientation fee which is like 600 from pocket and also they based the car value and give you your loan amount. so I bought a 2015 Mercedes certified and the dealer after I negotiated wanted 24k but the loan only gave me 17k so I had to put up more down payment but this place is fair and very communicative. They need to advertise more at universities!

As an international student, I got my loan quickly processed by Westbon. Over all, they are friendly and always there to help you out with everything. I would recommend anyone to try out their loans, specially as a student.

The customer service that came with the new name is so as*. I asked to reschedule my payment that was scheduled on a specific day and whoever responded tells me that I don't have a payment scheduled on that day even though I have an email stating that I do. When I responded that their info was incorrect, I got no response and the payment was not rescheduled.

Will say that the experience with them has been good so far. Auto company used them as a finance option for vehicle purchase. Approval for the loan came through fairly quick and with a reasonable interest rate; 9% as a first timer. So far so good.

Boro was absolutely fantastic to work with. Always super responsive, and so polite and friendly to work with. I had to have changed my choice of vehicle 20 times before deciding, but they never made it an issue and always made me feel like a valued customer. This is a great starter for students and international students to build credit or help get a loan without a social. I would recommend to students with no other options and the customer service team was very helpful the whole way through. The process itself was very swiftly.

BoroDrive (their auto loan product) claims that they look beyond your credit score and that no co-signer, credit history or SSN is required. This is not true. If you have ANY credit history whatsoever they will run a credit check and base your application off of that. Asking for your GPA and other financial information is just a formality—if you don’t have good credit they will deny your application. I am an older student, I returned to school after divorce to improve my job prospects as a single parent. However, my credit is still recovering from my divorce and medical bills from my children. It is very disheartening to have yet another door slammed in my face, as I am making an effort in every way possible. I need a car for school and to get a better job. I thought this might be the chance to finally get approved to get a car. This may be a better option for you if you are a young college student with no credit history—however if you are an older student who does not have stellar credit history, they will not be able to help you.

I've had a wonderful experience with Boro so far! They were quick to come up with a decision and it really helped me out. It was nice to know that as a college student with still building credit, there's a company out there willing to help us out. I think my favorite thing about them is that they calculate your monthly payments in a way that is inexpensive but also chips away at interest. So when you say "I need x months to pay it off," they calculate how much you need a month to pay ALL of it off in x months. Fantastic company.

I used this company to get a loan and it was awesome! The interest rate is a bit high but that's to be expected with this type of service. I'm in college and have quite a bit of debt from student loans so my credit isn't the best, but I'm a really good student so I appreciate that they take more than your credit score into account. Plus, it's really nice that my credit didn't take a hit.

Its a great company if you are interested to finance an auto or personal loan but you are an international student with no co-signer or credit history in United States. Although the interest rates seem pretty high, its definitely the only and worthy option if you are willing to finance your car. The customer service is very friendly and Richard helped me speed up the loan process so that I did not lose the car I wanted. Even their customer portal helps to keep a track of previous and future payments. Its very easy to navigate. I would surely recommend it to the international students who are willing to finance their dream cars.

Borodrive is awesome and so reasonable! All you have to do is meet their car requirements and they are willing to work with you! I only wish they would cover a little bit more but the amount and payment amounts are ridiculously good.
