Staff was absolutely amazing, the woman who helped me was so friendly and really helped me out. Service was fast and efficient. Everything was explained in detail leaving no questions. Not to mention I was having a horrible day and the woman who helped me was cracking jokes and keeping a conversation with me throughout the entire process. I will recommend this location to everyone. My first experience with Cash1 was about as good as this type of experience can get. Kat was super helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and even was able to show me how to send the documents in the proper format. She wasn't mean or judgy. She was helpful, courteous and thorough.

I moved to a different location and cash 1 was close to me than the one in Tropicana. Julio was amazing!!!! Had a conversation like we were long lost friends. Absolutely the best customer service. Give him a raise

The employees at this cash 1 especially Amy was polite and professional unfortunately I come here a lot and this is the best one by far. The south Eastern office makes you feel comfortable and not uneasy of your situation, and the office is clean and in order. Julio is very condescending and rude, in addition to being on edge and very argumentative. However the young lady who I spoke with was very professional and courteous. I have been to other cash one locations and they are all up to par, but with that being said I don’t know how Julio got hired here. His customer service skills are not a accurate reflection of cash ones awesome customer experiences. Won’t be back to this location.

Liz and the guys at Cash1 are amazing. They are professional, courteous and kind. They've helped me in so many moments of crisis and have always been patient and understanding. They will always get my business.

The interest rates are so ridiculous the finance charges are where they really rob you. For example if you borrow $1,000 be prepared to pay back $ $2,400. If you have already made the decision or mistake of getting a loan here all you can do is pay it off as quickly as possible and never make the mistake of borrowing anything from these crooks again. The only way to make sense of dealing with this company is if your life depends upon it. Yes the staff can be polite when they are in the process of putting their hands in your pockets but pay attention to the details of the contract not the friendly robber.

Had the best experience getting a loan through any other establishment Dani and Jessica was the best they explained everything very thoroughly and was pleasant with bright smiles I will definitely be returning and hope to have those two girls help me out again Wonderful experience with Anay and Dani not only was the two of them very helpful in explaining the loan process they also had great conversation really enjoy my time with them ty

The guy who works the after noon shift here is very rude and has no customer service what so ever . Every time I call when he is working my phone call is always put on hold and never answered , when I call a different location or different time they never have a problem answering my phone call. It’s just coincidentally that every time he’s working my phone call is never picked up and I can be on hold for a long time as if he wants me to hang up . I understand being busy or short staff but why is it every time he’s working my phone call is never answered .I’ve had loan after loan and payed back so many times I’m a very good customer I’m just not sure why I am treated as I am a bad customer. I sure wish I remembered his name so I can report him to some one higher up .

I came here to get another installment loan. Daniela and Anya helped me. They both were super help and kind in helping me get my loan. I live near Centennial and have plenty of cash 1 locations close to me, but I will still come this far for this specific location. Kat and the rest of the staff are by far the greatest! I was in a situation where I needed extra cash a few weeks ago. Seemed like it would be impossible to get more from Cash 1. Kat showed so much empathy! She listened, acknowledged, and provided me with the best option! Because of her, I was able to overcome my financial crisis and was able to get back on my feet.
