Nathalia was fabulous 🤩. They work with you in All situations and they always come through for you I've been coming here 4 years the place is ALWAYS clean, the Employees are ALWAYS Courteous. If you need a loan these are the people to come to and you do get your loan paid off when they say you do immediately there's no hidden charges they don't prolong it and they always upgrade your loan there's no extra charges like some other loan places I have dealt with here in Las Vegas when they say you pay it off you get to pay it off immediately. I highly suggest this Cash 1 Loan Business.

When i walked in a pregnant very nice lady (sorry didn't get a name ) acknowledge us she asked what we needed and guided us through the steps n procedures unfortunately she was very busy but she asked us to take a seat and that as soon as a cashier was available they would help. Unfortunately another cashier with glasses tried to help us but she was so rude and unprofessional (after she demanded current bank statements she was literally going through all my paperwork and called on another customer with all my paper work Driver's license and bank card in plain sight😡) So i just asked the pregnant cashier if i could pls wait on her or another cashier wich she agreed and That's when Evelyn took over she was courteous, understanding and very professional. EVELYN turned a bad experience into a very positive one Thank You!

Tabitha at cash 1 store 415 in las vegas was AH-MAZING, she was ready to help with all my questions and i ask alot of questions. She was friendly and nice. Her customer service skills are 100% on point. Tabitha and store 415 will have continue to get my business.

Tabitha is so wonderful. When I walked into the store she greeted me with a bright smile. Nathalia also greeted me and she wasn't even the one assisting me. She asked about my day, she helped me reset my password so I can get my check stubs. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of and I got what I needed. This place is wonder and I'm upset with myself for not coming here before. I will continue to ALWAY do business here because they showed an example of real customer service. To whom it may concern, I’ve been a customer of Cash 1. I had been doing business at the store on Eastern and Sunset and I had never had bad service until June of 2019. I went in and had the absolute worst customer service from a younger guy. He was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I was upset and mad. He was willing to let my business walk out the door and he only exasperated the situation. I then left the store and Called the Cash 1 on Lamb and Washington to complain. I spoke to Evelyn, she listened, was kind, respectful and considerate. She asked me to come to her store and ensured that she would handle the transaction. I did just that and she gave the best customer service with a smile. Hands down the service at 415 is better than the Eastern location. Today is my second visit and Tabitha and Patricia were very accommodating and friendly too. Moving forward I will only do business at this location. The staff is the absolute best here and Evelyn was amazing in my time of need. Thank you.

I visited the Lamb location Saturday night shortly before closing. With one customer ahead of me it was nearly 9:00 by the time I began my transaction. Josh remained professional and patient throughout the time it took to complete my paperwork & ultimately secure my loan. He is most definitely an example of what a GREAT customer service representative is. Thank you Josh. You were amazing.

I called in advance before going down there and Tabitha was very professional on the phone and very helpful. Once we arrived a young man named Omar helped with my father's personal loan and he provided excellent customer service very professional and friendly.
