Have been to may similar places, and none were as easy and streamlined of a process as this one. I live across town but Tanya made it dummy easy to do within 5 minutes online, and within the hour I had my funds. Smoothest experience by far (of course as long as you, yourself are ready with the necessary docs.) Glad I don't have to drive anywhere either! Thanks again Tanya!

Ashten is amazing! She helped me finalize everything and was very thorough! Everyone made me feel welcomed. Will never recommend this company to anyone. You follow the rules and you get a penalty. Will not let me give no stars. Not worth the 1 star. This company keeps on taken out of my bank account. Then they say that this new law ( only today ) started today. No one in there ( Customers) had their accounts touched. When they are wrong they lie to make it correct. No other loan company has this rule. So when are they going tell the truth?

They have always been very professional and easy to work with. Lynna in particular is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Her positive upbeat attitude makes what can be a stressful situation an enjoyable interaction and process.

This location is the only one I will use. The staff is always quick, professional and so nice. I have been a Customer here for many years and never had any problems. Krystal recently helped me with a loan and she was so incredibly helpful and so sweet. I was missing some needed information and she helped me find it by using my phone and she was so patient. If you are looking for check cashing services and/or loan services, I wouldn't recommend any other place but Cash 1 on Rainbow and Cheyenne! The Customer Service is outstanding! Krystal and Jose both rock!
