Most places like these typically have horrible customer service and make you feel bad because your inquiring about a loan. This place is the total opposite. Brianna was a total GEM!! She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in matter of minutes and was very very pleasant over the phone. Thank you so much Brianna for making my experience today an amazing one! To be honest I am somewhat drowning in debt at the moment. But this lovely associate, Liz, was glad to help alleviate some of the burden of past bad decisions.
