Heather at the store cash 1 in store 401 Reno, NV was amazing. She was patient, kind, and chill. Just my luck my phone stopped suddenly wanting to work with service inside the store and she was again cool, professional, respectful and what everyone wants PATIENT. I wasn't in the store at all long in and out, even better I have always loved cash 1. I recommend when you go into the store you ask for her by NAME she is so cool. I called ahead of time and was treated with respect and my questions were answered . So the next morning I was prepared with the documents that was needed. When I a arrived I was greeted by Giovanna which handled the whole process efficiently and professional. I was in and out with cash in less than 20 min. The best thing of all that got me a lot more cash then the other title loan places.. Thumbs up to Cash 1 loans .
