I was looking for a loan Friday may 6th and wasn’t sure how to go about it and which loan was best for me. So I visited this location I was with a representative by the name of Mary. She is awesome she helped me understand the loan process, great customer service. As soon as I get the information requested I will return and ask for Mary to assist me. Highly recommended.

Came in today in hopes of getting a higher registration loan amount but officer Princella swiftly let mw know that I would just be getting the same amount of I applied. She then told me they could buyout the title from my lien holder if my car qualified. I really wasn’t expecting too much out of this… With a little communication with the other title company, docs, and overall great service, I ended up getting bought out for $1700+ !!! My lien was $585 so I walked out with $1100+… NOT EXPECTING THIS!!! This whole process was incredibly smooth. I was in there for give or take 45 mins. Loan officers Princella, Allandra, and Mary are all agents who really do care to see you walk out with want you wanted.

Every time I walk in I feel welcomed I feel comfortable most loan places make you feel judged and embarrassed but with Maricela I always completely comfortable she’s professional she’s really sweet and very attentive but most importantly she don’t make you feel judged. Priscilla was not welcoming at all. She gave me all type of attitude. I was not treated when I walked in. The manager ( don’t remember his name) he was helpful when he was walking out the door.
