What wonderful service. I had called ahead to began my loan process. After collecting some needed information, Andrea the associate, was helpful when she explained that my application needed to be finished in person. Our Love one passed away and this company has no compassion to move up a payment for a couple of days. I spoke with customer service name Kylie. She wasn't understanding, she wanted to offer more money instead of moving up the payment. I hope cash store corporate sees this and help when situation happens like this or they will end up with people owing this company millions of dollars if they don't work with custmoers.

Rolinda Always have a great experience with her with the company. Very friendly and informative. Her and a girl names Crystal who use to work there have amazing customer service. Besides needed some extra cash they are another good example to keep doing business with her. I suggest speaking with her or any other teammates. 11/24/21 . . Was an awesome enjoyable loan experience, Kylee the loan associate who attended to me was great, greeting me with a friendly hello n awesome smile. Never had great service like I experienced here before Mariah was very kind and sweet was very helpful not like the other loan places I've been before they don't take the time going through the application process always seemed like they rush through it but not here Mariah and all the other ladies took the time to serve all the customers that came in they looked happy to me....
