I have done business with this company for many, many years and today I needed some assistance due to a financial crunch. Usually I hesitate due to the fact that my tech. skills lack but had the pleasure of having the assistance of Evelyn who was so extremely helpful and I thank her for making such a trying time a bit easier. Maribel has been a great help along the way with getting our family our loan. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very prompt at getting everything completed and the money to us. We have been customers of cash time loans for a few years and then they as well as Maribel definitely deserve 5 stars in my book and I'm sure in many others also. Just got a loan here . It was quick and easy unlike other places that take forever. Jacky was very nice and helpfull. The interest are very high here APR 178% .but they dont penalize you for paying it early so im forsure going to be doing that . over all happy with my experience .

I had the pleasure of being served by Estefania Gonzalez. Not only was she receptive to my needs but answered so many questions. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable, not awkward. The facility itself is clean and nice. But I can't say enough about Estefania she was professional yet personal and made my experience fun. She is an asset for sure and I'm glad I chose cashtime.

I went to cash time loan centers on 9/1/2017 after going to the 1 stop loan place on 67th and thomas. It was a totally different experience, I was helped out by Mabel and she was so quick, polite, and on top of her job. I was only there for I would say 30 min if that while at the other place they had me there for 2 hrs and then stated they were not able to verify my information. Mabel called all my references in front of me and even verified my job in front of me. I would refer this loan place to friends, family member, and even to people that I do not know. It is rare to actually find great customer services now a day and I honestly get turned off real quick by nasty attitude, but from the time you walk in and out you have people smiling/joking.

Went to Cash Time and got a needed loan. Jackie was fantastic. The rest of that office are awesome as well. Excellent customer service makes a huge difference. Go to them! They will help.

The CSR Stefanie I believe was her name was so disrespectful during our loan process. The type of rudeness she presented definitely surprised me. I have had a loan before with CASHTIME & have always been satisfied with my transaction, where as this time I was so disgusted with the way she has now presented CASHTIME to me. My loan will be fully paid off in September & I wanted to continue business with CASHTIME but unfortunately I was unable to do so. Stefanie was not communicative during our process, she then continued to answer phone call after phone call & helping customers on the phone while she was with us. She then would not speak to us & wouldn't even acknowledge us. Afterwards she asked if my co-signer had the BK closed paperwork, which we did not so she ended the whole thing & let us know she couldn't help us, I asked her what were my other options because I did not need him anymore as a co-signer & she said I have no options that I was done.
