Worse place to buy a car ever. If your even considering buying a car from this dealer let me help you “look elsewhere “ they do shady business. I went to this dealership in the hopes of buying a BMW X5 coming all the way from another state. Got to the dealership and test drove the car. The salesman Mo explained to me the 90 day warranty. So they haggled over the price even though I was paying cash. One guy even got kinda pushy at which point I wish I walked away. I bought the car and within 2 weeks of owning the car I got a check engine light with reduced power. Called the dealership and spoke with Mo who told me he needed to speak with his mechanic in regards to getting me in for an appointment. 2 weeks after no call back for an appointment and the car sitting in my drive way. I call back and they make it seem like they were waiting for me, which was a lie. During which time I took the car to BMW where I got a full diagnostic test run and 3210 dollars later for and estimate. The service guy at BMW stated this is damage of a few weeks. This is damage they had to know about if they did a basic check on the car. Explained this to Mo as he asked for an estimate. Sent him the email I got from BMW. I then exclaimed to them I will do the repairs for the car however send me my title that I have yet to receive. Still to this day I have gotten no real communication. Nor my title for my car. And no repairs. I will fix the car myself yet they should never do business ever again. It is the absolute worse place to buy a car and I warn you now don’t do business with this place. You will regret it. If I could give negative stars I would.

Stay away from this place my uncle and I bought a car from Mo. I bought a car from this place about 3 months ago and i have been having issue with it since the first day i about it.I call Mo to explain the issue i was having and his response was its a used car what do you expect. But when i was in the dealer he made it seem it was the best car and that is running good ,Yes is a used car but it cant it function the first week at least with no problems. Be very careful with this place they also sell you and warranty that doesn't work that its not free it cost 300 dollars. Mo tells me i can go any place that accepts the warranty which is a big lie i went to a place that accept this "warranty" and the place tells me the car has no warranty which if i want to fix it is costing me about 4,000 dollars. Also after reading the papers sign this place has the audacity to sell you a car that doesn't guarantee you to get an inspection. Stay away from this place!!!!!!

I purchased a beautiful BMW 335i here in early May of 2018. The manager and his son are people with INTEGRITY. Great experience buying here as they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They’re honest and fair. I would defintely purchase from them again.

Sam, my car salesman, the Manager Ali, and his entire staff treated us with fairness and honesty from day one (the entire process took 2 days). My son who lives in another state spoke with Sam over the phone the entire time, while I sat in the office and listened to them explaining and going over the details of a particular vehicle I wanted. So, between the 3 of us, Sam met our expectations and was able to come to an applicable agreement. I was able to driver away in my beautiful car. I like the fact of not being pressured to purchase any one of their vehicles. Earlier on the same day I visit a Volkswagen Dealership in Linden NJ on St. Georges Ave. They did not want me to leave without purchasing one of their vehicles. When I tried explaining that I had another appointment and needed to leave, they proceeded to talk even more and asked my life story! One guy didn't want to let up and then stated to talk about how his mother use to tell him, 'if you want a steak, you need steak money". REALLY?!! Ultimately I walk out the office. I'm glad I made the 45 minute ride to South Hackensack.

The staff here was amazing at helping me get my vehicle here and kept in contact right until the day I went to pick up my vehicle. Professional, courteous and overall superb at answering questions I had and getting a great deal. Don’t let the low rating fool you, the business is completely under new ownership and has a more direct tone of helping out the customers now that the previous owner is gone.

Do NOT buy here. The people seem nice and helpful but they are scumbags. We bought a 2008 Mini Cooper here and it was a total fail. So far we had to invest more than $2500 to keep it running in 4 months!!! They even tricked us when we bought the car by not adding taxes and rushing us through the contract.

Do NOT buy any extended warranty they offer you it's a total scam. They will tell you warranty covers everything and when it's time to use it you'll only find out it doesn't cover most of your repairs.I purchased a car from this dealership last year. The car broke down in less than a week of getting it and I've already spent over $2300 to keep it running. I filed a complaint against them about the warranty they sold me and I was supposed to receive a refund check but this dealership claims they received my refund check but cannot find it. I've been fighting with this dealership since November of last year about the warranty issue and if they fail to provide me my refund I'll see them in court. Please stay away from this people all they want is your money. Getting a car from this dealership is the worst decision I've made in my life. They advertise cars without labeling them as sold as is but they’ll make you sign a document that says the car is being sold as is and if you not smart and sign that document you cannot win a lawsuit against them because you signed that piece of paper. Make sure you read every paper they give you to sign before you give them your money.

Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the check engine light is on, the first gear is grinding and the motor mounts are needed. I am given the runaround when I call or text the dealer. The paper work was not done correctly and over charged on the price. I was sold a lemon and I would like for this dealer to fix this car I had purchased or give me my car back I had traded in for the lemon I was sold. There needs to be a rewrite of the contract and a refund according to the branch manager at the bank. I am sure that the dealer would understand the inconvenience this is causing me. I look forward to settling this issue amicably. I have already contacted other agencies to get results that are in need. This is a disgrace to humanity and I do not recommend anyone to buy from this place.

Bought a Mercedes here over the weekend. These guys were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had been looking for a new Benz for several months and they had the perfect one, gave me the caffax, anwsered all my questions. Definitely worth the drive from Manhattan.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I was taken cared of by Sam who helped with the purchase of my Mercedes. Sam made the entire purchase process easy and with no hassle. He made sure the car was perfect before I signed the papers and was never pushy about closing on the deal. There are fees on top of the price but most dealers do and they are pretty fair. Only thing I have to say is not to go for the third party warranty since it is useless based on reviews. Make sure you do your homework on the specific car you are interested in and have a pre purchase inspection done to be 100% sure. 10/10 would buy from again!!!

I went to Cash Your Car dealership today. Beautiful beautiful cars. By far this is the best deals around. My salesman name is Ash. He was GREAT!! Very kind and very knowledgeable. He treated us like loyalty. He Gave us exactly what we were looking for. The best deal by far. He really cares about his customers. This dealership gets 5 star from me I purchased a BMW X6 and a BMW X3 everything went through fine. Dave is a gentleman. Sam is a gentleman and Maria is a proper Lady they all make you feel like family , no pressure to pursue good Job you all.

I visited this dealer 8 months ago and the service level was quite well for just a small dealer. Sam, my sales rep, was not pressuring and seem to just tell you like it is. I did not buy a car then bcz of personal reasons. 8 months later I visited again and the service was still up to par...friendly and not pressuring. You pick your own car out. After giving them alot of trouble, I bought a one owner car with very low mileage. Plates was ready in 2 weeks as promised. Workers and managers are just real people. This place is a scam. They took advantage of me in the middle of a pandemic. I bought a vehicle that won’t even drive off of the lot. Not only that, no one will work with me. I can’t even get a call back. It’s been weeks and the car I bought is still on their property smoking. They keep giving me the run around telling me there is nothing they could do. All I asked was for a reliable vehicle. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a scam car dealership. My husband took me there to purchase a GL 450 Mercedes. They play with the numbers and tried to put our down payment so we could finance the full about without subtracting the down payment. They sold us a mess up vehicle by changing the computer in the car that it wouldn’t show up on the dashboard that the air suspension is bad. We noticed the car was dropping but we didn’t know it had a problem because we didn’t see any malfunctioning showing while we were there. We start doing repair on the vehicle before we got the license plate and make our first payment with the bank. This is horrible they are ripping off the customers. That business need a inspector from the Better Business Bureaus to visit them. Please save your self and money and time don’t buy any cars from them they are a Bunch of thieves.

this place is one of the worst car dealers i have been too. the salesmen are too pushy and have an attitude. i needed to use the bathroom and they made me walk in the freezing cold to a DIFFERENT car dealership who is not even affiliated with them. they were nice enough to let me use it because of the fidget temp outside and told me this is a regular occurrence . if you are thinking of a car here you are better off somewhere else, and if you do come i hope you do not need to use the bathroom.

The overall car buying experience was great Bill the sales person was excellent the Shiesty Ness came about when the manager put a warranty on the vehicle that was designed for a new vehicle not a used one. Beware of this dealership they will pad their loan by adding services to a vehicle that you cannot use. You cannot put a wraparound warranty on a used vehicle. A wraparound warranty is only for a brand new vehicle. The warranty company will cause your policy to be canceled and or expired depending upon the actual in-service date of the vehicle. If you choose to deal with this dealership cross all your T’s and dot all your i’s, read over everything before signing they are very good at what they do and you will be the person with the emptied wallet. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone that I come in contact with that is in search of a vehicle, they do not have your best interest at heart! Buyer BEWARE!

LIARS & THIEVES!! This place doesn't deserve any stars! When we bought the car they told us what a deal we were getting when we paid an extra 3,000 for the platinum warranty which didn't help us at all. Not long after buying the car a bolt broke off the axel causing a crazy amount of damage and the car was declared a total loss. Leaving us with thousands to still pay on our loan. All we wanted was a probated check for the 3 year warranty that didnt cover anything, we never used, and only had a few months. Auto source the warranty company gave us a probated check but since cash your car charged us much more than they actually pay for the warranty, the warranty company said it was up to them to pay us the difference. Paul was insanely rude to myself and my husband and acted as if he was doing us a favor and told us to "stop breaking his balls" and hung up on us. Never returned phone calls or emails so off to court we go! Please if you're thinking about buying anything from this place - DO NOT!!!!
