    It’s basically my own fault I had medical bills go to collections. My compliant is truly against St Clare Hospital in Lakewood, WA (don’t go there, just don’t). Nonetheless, I finally decided to put this to rest and spoke with Georgi and he told me everything he would do to get this nightmare behind me. Even though this was a collection call, he was pleasant and professional, however, i hope I never have to talk to him again, lol! Thanks Georgi

    After receiving a letter from this company, I called and was extremely rude. Upon further investigation, I realized to my humiliation that I was in the wrong. Georgi Kortava was overwhelmingly patient, as well as gracious. He kept his composure and was very kind to me. He was the best debt collector there is! Thank you for being so wonderful, Georgi!

    I am so pleased with the help and care for customer service given me by Dustin Knight when calling *back* to Central Portfolio Control. Initially, I connected to a woman agent (name not heard, possibly not given) when I called a minute or two before getting to Dustin. Agent unknown spoke over my talking so I did not hear her tell/ask me to hold. The ensuing conversation became so unprofessional and upsetting that the agent refused to continue on the call and told me to CALL BACK, which i did. I do believe she was unhappy with her job. I then got Dustin on my immediate call back. It was like "night and day" on these two calls. Dustin was patient, understanding and professional. Dustin was able to explain to me the collection issue at hand and we were able to work out a plan to resolve a bill with a payment plan that 1. fit into my limited financial budget and 2. finally resolve the bill for collection that was 3 yrs old. I had thought this bill had been resolved some time ago and now know why I am unable to open a new credit card. Thank you Dustin for all your kind, understanding, professional and knowledgeable help.     I'll be 100% honest I normally avoid all phone calls from any sort of bill payments and collection agencies. But working with Deshonte Venchillia was so easy and stress-free. She did everything should could to help me and my husband get out of a very expensive situation and was very kind and understanding. It's strange to explain dealing with a collection agency as almost enjoyable 😉 but I am very pleased with my experience.

    I recently noticed a debt placed against me and decided to figure out what was going on. I was given the number to CPC, who was responsible for collections. I preface this with the fact that I work in customer service, and I know collections is just doing their job. This review is about my experience with CPC and nothing else. I was greeted by Dustin Nye, who repeatedly called me frank, and after many tries, finally let me know where the collection came from. Dustin must have had a bad day, because he repeatedly talked over me. Made accusatory comments, and had a vile and disrespectful attitude. Dustin commented on how "there's too many of you" in regards to my last name. I've heard this joke before, and yes my name is popular, but I've never heard it with such a distainful tone. He went on to talk about the apparently 5+ year old collection and berate me for not "being an adult" and started making comparisons to his own person credit score, asking me leading questions like "why are you trying so hard to get your credit score up at the moment" and "I'll let them know you're not willing to do anything." I could go on and on. In the end I decided to take the high road and end the conversation as it was going nowhere and wasting my valuable time. This was the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. It was so disgustingly horrible, in fact, that I came to the conclusion that it must have been a fluke, and I'm very glad I gave CPC another chance. I was greeted by Melissa Heatherington, who proceeded to give me almost all of the information I needed within about 5 seconds. That's it. Melissa was kind, knowledgeable, and the only reason I'm not giving this review a 1/5. She is a gem and you would do well to ensure your customers get more of people like her, and less of people like Dustin.

    In 2019 I paid off a account on my credit report, December of 2021 the same account hit my credit report again coming from this company while trying to be approved For a home loan. I was given the run around for 2 month and talked to like dirt by two different reps, the female would not take my proof of payment and the male was literally yelling at me on the phone. On 2/17/2022 I spoke with Troy and he was able to get everything resolved within 10 minutes. 02/18/22 verified that this account wrongfully hit my credit and was being expedited to be removed. I can’t thank Troy enough and I hope that anyone who has to deal with this agency ends up with him. If I could give him 10 stars I would. As for the other two I spoke with coming from someone who also works in collections, y’all can get a solid 0. Thank you again Troy!

    The representative who assisted me - Loren Voltz - was very easy going and helpful; and pleasant. She made my request easy to fullfill. And most importantly: she spoke clearly and with no accent. **Central Portfolio was the first collection agency to be willing to work with me at such a low 'dollar-value'....due in part to the pandemic. Other companies seemed to have no sympathy for the economic hardship of us citizens -- and only thought of their financial gains. A+

    The compliance officer was very, very rude. I tried explaining to him I do not owe this bill. He ask me, "well, who was it that went to the Medical Central of Central Ga? I told him I did. He stated , Well, you're responsible for the bill. This guy was very rude, and obnoxious. I wish, I knew who owned this company.

    No one likes to make the dreaded call to pay off a debt. Georgei went above and beyond to ensure I had the proper paperwork, in order to show the Leasing company that it is fully paid off. SAME-DAY! Not that I would like to call him again to pay off a debt, but I’d highly recommend going through him, if you have to.

    Worked with Noah and he was super helpful When he was setting up the payment for a later date the system had accidentally posted it for the day of the phone call which would have brought my account negative. He was super apologetic about it and very helpful making sure my bank reversed the payment so I would avoid a fee. He than later made sure to call back and check that everything cleared ok. He was super kind and friendly and even though the experience could have been stressful he made it a quick and easy process for me to get it resolved
