So i have been to this check cashing place several times when I could not cash my check at a bank. The last time I went was from my stimulus check. But with bad luck my stimulus check had a tear in it. Instead of just turning me away as a lot of cash checking places would do, the lady there that was working Cynthia, helped me so much and went above and beyond. Not only did she help me fix the tear, she was so friendly I felt like I was just with a friend working surgically on this very important stimulus check. This place has always been very friendly and has a variety of treats and products you would not find anywhere else. Close importantly the service there has always been very friendly very person personable yet professional and I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Mucjas gracias...

The owner provides amazing customer service, she went above and beyond to help me by offering her knowledge regarding cashing a check. She is also very quick (because she knows what she is doing, and it shows!). As she helped me, she maintained awareness of other customers and made sure to manage her team according to services needed. The atmosphere is nice, you can tell she cares for the business and her employees to make for a fluid and efficient service.

No idea why this place has such excellent customer service reviews. I approached the front counter to cash a check and the woman right away had a horrible attitude with me. I continued to be polite with her and nicely asked to cash my check. Apparently this company I received the check from never paid them back before? How is that, when it’s an official government ran company. I know for a fact no one has used this company before to cash a check at this location, because this company is the Job Corps from Kentucky.

Came here a few weeks ago because they are the only place with five stars and close by. They were very polite and the service was excellent. I forgot my ID and they called me immediately after I left to remind me. Definitely recommend.

I came here to cash a check from my job, and all the clerks and their boss said they couldn't take it because it was issued by the department of alcoholic beverage control. Website says "hassle free". Definitely not hassle free! Like everybody knows that VA ABC is government regulated. I even offered to call my boss and the payroll people, and even give them the numbers go to call them. STILL TOLD ME NO.
