Check Into Cash University Ave, Waterloo

Would love to have given them my service but the fact that over the phone they couldn't even tell me a ballpark of what it would cost me to cash a check at their establishment without them first putting it into their system quote unquote? I guess at the dollar amount matters but there should be no reason to have not even a slightest clue what it's going to cost a customer to cash a check when the customer knows that amount of the check that they want to cash..... Pretty simple and it would have gotten me to instead they make you go all the way there just to find out that you don't want to be there more than likely I'll never know because I won't go there

They only help elder people or Caucasian!! Anybody else they will give u a 3rd degree esp go in yourself new customers you will see!!

Kerri made me fill out a review before my service was completed. I wish I hadn’t because my experience was greatly different than my review. I called before going to the store, told them my situation and asked if they would be able to do it. This was my 5th stop so I was desperate. She told me it would be no problem. So with very little gas in the engine of my friends car, we went, hoping for the best. All I needed to do was cash a check. I explained what it was and the amount and she said she would be able to. After 45 mins of waiting, we were told we would not be able to cash the check that day due to no verification from the CAR DEALERSHIP that wrote me the check!! If she had said “MIGHT” be able to or “POSSIBLY” be able to, I would have reconsidered going and not wasting gas. I feel very lied to and cheated. Kerry was nice but lied to me. I’m sure if the situation was different, I would have really enjoyed working with her.

Been a customer since April and i couldn’t ask for any one better than kerri to help me out when i need a little extra change. Always polite and very respectful on top of that establishment is all very clean. Will recommend and refer any to CIC!

Carrie & her team are super friendly & Very helpful. Appreciate so much the unassuming and non judgmental attitude in serving there customers. Great service to remedy short term situations that arise.Carrie is so caring & easy to work with when a delay or a paycheck doesn't arrive in time . I always make it right . They never question I will take care of it. Thanks very much for Excellent customer service !!!

The manager has always been very helpful and personable. She cares about the people that come in,and will go out of her way to help. I've saved alot of money using the money card she suggested. Not having it in my pocket keeps me from spending more.

Kerri and her team are super helpful. I walked in stressed and came out less stressed because of the fabulous customer service they have. The process seems hard but it’s not..if you ever need something and a little cushion stop by and see them they are awesome

Stephanie is awesome!! I never saw one person that could assist so many people effectively. The office is always clean and she always has a smile on her face!!

Kerri is awesome, this lady she has been the back bone of this business she has been the sole worker most of the time doing it all by her self. Ever time I go in there she has always been very professional and nice to everyone no matter how long the line is.

Kerri Frank’s and shonda were the most helpful 2 gals I ever met. I would come back here even if I did not need a loan. Surperb conversation, great humor and the right amount of knowledge to make what I thought would be hard a cake walk. Thanks guys!

I am so thankful for this store. The staff is so wonderful friendly even if they have to turn you away. Way better then a bank. Will keep coming just to give them my business and to make sure they stay open.

Kerri was very nice to me!! although i was kind of awkward she made sure it didnt feel that way. Thank you for helping me set up and account and everything! all the banks were closed when i woke up and needed to cash my check quickly and You saved my life!

This place of busines is excellent combined with the the excellent work that is done by Carrie I believe her name is. The client to worker ratio is not even close to fair so money collection is slow on there end because of covid at times and they still work with people if you work with them if you are not a POS and give respect and don't act like a fool.. I recommend this place to all people that need a little assistance or help. Excellt people. Excellent place. Excellent service.
