I was very impressed how fast they approved my loan! Due to lack of transportation (hence needing the loan) I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get to the store during operation hours, but the woman I spoke to walked me through everything over the phone! I definitely appreciate the wonderful customer service in my time of need.

I spoke with the manager Jasmine today.. she was very assertive and helpful.. she was able to answer all my questions. She was patient and took her time to help me understand how the process works. I would definitely recommend anyone with questions or concerns to please give her a call

I found myself in a bind this week . I was referred to a loan store . I was very hesitant and had doubts of high interest and or denial. The company CHECK N GO I’m referring the world . Customer service os awesome Deandrea a manager on 76th Hampton helped me with processing and took some stress off my shoulders when she told me I was approved . I’m grateful and my payments are low and so is the interest . Tell a friend all your friends I will!!!

I was assisted by Cher on 76th & Hampton. She helped me find a loan that best fit my needs and financial concerns at the time. When I say her customer service was on 1,000 I mean just that. She was extremely polite, highly professional and a ball of fun all in one. Based off her customer service alone I give check n go 5 stars!!
