If making a payment, better to do face to face. IF over the phone has issue or not working when trying to make a payment and it says to "try again later" you best get to the store with their money. They don't care if its working or not they will with draw from your checking 3 days later.

I was in awe of the staff at Gallup check n go. The 4 where so busy and had a lobby full of people. They worked as one to get to all of us, well answering the phones. It was great to watch well I waited. Vanessa helped me with a new loan and didn't make me feel rushed. I laughed the entire time. I really enjoyed myself, I felt like they really wanted to help. I highly recommend this place.

Called the store today to make a payment using the automatic payment system but for some reason it was just sending me back to the receptionist and she was unable to resolve the problem and she just hung up on me. I called a few more times still she was not a very helpful. I asked to speak to the manager but someone else told me they'd called back and hung up on me again. But I was able to get help from another store, Grants Check N' Go were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Grants..
