I’m sooo hurt! I read the reviews of poor service but trusted fast service reviews instead because I was in a rush ! BIG REGRET! I gave alll my information even my social security number, Drivers license, bank statement , blank check job information check stubs and Left with no loan & gas tank on E alllllllll because of online job verification, check stubs not enough anymore! Then She preceded with the next customer and I was there 1st! These people are no longer in the helping people business. So if you on your last coin don’t waste your time. Because I promise I am a long term customer never missed a loan payment and NONE of that was taken into consideration. I’m leaving this review with tears In my eyes! Because I trusted Check N Go in my time of need. This company failed me and my children today! Thanks a lot! Thank God I can borrow money from my credit union. I mean 😪 wow

I've always loved this location and even more with it's new manager Felicia! She's so well spoken and always make me feel at home before even walking thru the doors. Always greeted with a kind welcome and Felicia is always up beat and goes over and beyond to help me with all my needs! Love the clean environment as well! Can't wait for my next visit!

When I enter this location, I look forward to seeing Felicia and staff, they make you feel loved and valued. It's an amazing store, full of joy and vibrant atomsphere. I have had the best experience I have ever had when I arrived at store number 6662 which is located on Hoover in Warren Michigan. The store manager Felicia has really impressed me with her professionalism and her superior customer service abilities. I am very pleased to know that in my time of need Felicia will be very understanding and compassionate and will do everything thing that she can to help me. For this I thank Check N Go for being available to me.

Wow, after reading several of the reviews for this location, I am sorry I didn't have the privilege, the honor, of meeting this Felicia person. It's truly amazing that Every. Single. Review. that I read had such nice things to say about this person. One would almost suspect that she was incentivizing these customers in order to receive such high praise. But that's pure speculation...let me talk about what I know: The associate I encountered at this business was one of the worst communicators I've seen in awhile. She kept stumbling over her words and contradicting herself. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and she told me I'd have to come back the following day because there wasn't enough time to complete the process. I told her I was unable to come back the next day and if if I did come back I would arrive around the same time. When I asked her how long the process took she literally said "about 10 or 15 minutes" and then quickly realized what she said and proceeded to correct herself by saying, "but sometimes it can take 20, 25, or even 30 minutes." She just didn't feel like doing her job because her shift was almost over...which I totally get. But don't give me the runaround and deflect. Just be straight up with me. I'm pretty easy going. Poor customer service. I will not be returning. I will take my business somewhere else.

I absolutely love loaning from this store! Felicia is the best at helping her customers and for her to do it by herself makes her even more awesome. I totally recommend this store when it comes to loaning. It’s very quick and easy. 2 thumb up! 👍🏼👍🏼
