The lady by the name of Patrece was working on a customer while talking about her entire personal life ( her 3 boys,2 girls and ex husband) which made my wait time over 30 minutes. Once it was my turn to be waited on. She told me it’s time for her to close. I felt that was very unprofessional, and a waste of my time figuring she let me stand in line for over 30 minutes to tell me I can’t do my application. Her excuse was I didn’t know what you wanted to do. I will be contacting corporate in the morning.

Ralphy was very helpful with the dilemma I was having. I typically go to a different store, and usually they take care of me. It was a different a person working there at the time I went. She said she couldn’t help me, and the usual women I deal with helps me. After I left I called Ralphy’s store and I explained the issue, and he listened and told me to come in. After I got to the store Ralphy’s store and he told care of me and got me the money I needed to care me.
