Since I have been comming here Jamie has given me excellent customer service every time. I’ve been helped out and was able to get in and out in a timely fashion.

Very very unprofessional staff, management need to go! I been in this location 3 x and they always have employees in the back counter and they only call 1 person to be attended. Wait time is to much. I will be switching to another loan company or they need a new manager.

This place is so slow, you will be waiting for hours. I waited for an hour and it was at least 5 people still ahead of me. They run their mouths and have to answer the phone. Its ridiculous.

Wouldn't go anywhere else except here!!!! Irma is such a blessing to do business with. No matter how busy it gets she still treats each customer with respect and that goes a long way. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a loan.

Was not a good experience, the lady did not even say hello when walked in . When she was taking my paper work I did not have a blank check so had to go to bank when return had to have my bank statement end up having my daughter my mistake but when she was taking all my paper work in the beginning she should have looked to see if needed anything else been more detail and paying attention what she was doing. Will never return back there.

I've been in there several times and there is literally only one person in front taken care off customers and one other person in back just sitting in back, then the one lady taking care off customers in front needs to answer phones as she has one other customer in front off her. I mean in my opinion at least have the other person sitting in back help out! the ladies are supper nice but they need more help in front not in back in my opinion!

Jamie was very nice she help me with my loan very professional, good at multitasking and I appreciate her service and conversation will visit again.

I always come to this check and go. U know- I live in Chicago and I chose this check and go because the staff is always so pleasant and never a problem when I come. I refer friends and relatives to this location for Irma’s charming friendly smile. Also for Shanna’s pleasant welcome. I will choose to come to this location as longs as the sweet lady’s are there. The customer service representatives at the facility in Munster, IN are pretty good & efficient; typically. There is one rep who is adequately slow-paced but professional. Her molasses approach takes away from the professionalism due to customers waiting & the lack of urgency to help with getting customers out with the same efficiency. This can turn a 15 minute wait into a 30 minute wait... Easily!!!!

Ms Irma and Ms Diane are the best! Their courtesy and professionalism are 5 star... Very pleasant and down to earth ladies!👍👍
